Excellent customer service
We visited the store yesterday evening(30 Oct) and were helped by Amina. She was knowledgeable, courteous, highly professional and went out of her way to clarify any points or queries we raised. We were interested in a desk, a chair and two stools. We told Amina that as it constituted considerable expenditure we would think about it and get back to her.
That evening we looked at the furniture online and decided that, although it would be easier to make the purchase online, Amina had, with her helpful attitude, basically sold us the products and that it would be only right to revisit the store and make the purchases in person.
We went back this morning and again dealt with Amina who again went out of her way to be helpful. Her interpersonal skills are outstanding and it is refreshing to find someone who is genuinely interested in being helpful and not reading from a script. She would certainly encourage us to use EZ Living again.

The service was outstanding. He was able help us pick the right sofa, chair, bed frames and mattresses. He is the mattress king. Font of all knowledge. We can't wait to shope again for the rest of our new goods for our new home and will be asking for him in person.

Superb Customer Experience, EZ Living, Coleraine
Experience in Coleraine store was made by the helpful and knowledgable staff.
Alisha Jordan helped me find bar stools to match the dining furniture I had previously purchased. Gave me clear dimensions to allow me to measure at home.

Fantastic experience
We have recently purchased new dining table & furniture and were not only impressed by the beautiful ranges to choose from, but by the help and service received. We dealt with Alisha, who was extremely helpful when options were being discussed and was always willing to check alternatives.
