I'm amazed at the range of fabric ..... and the prices! In this day and age when everything is escalating it is so encouraging still to buy beautiful fabric at a do-able price. The service also matches up to the rest of it - my orders have always arrived, well packed, and with a check sheet of the contents, in a few days. These days Fabricland is top of my list and much appreciated.

Fantastic customer service didn't have my colour in stock so they had to change my order and initially said it would be a week
I needed it sooner when spoke to them about it the helped out buy sending it 24hr delivery

Excellent service. I needed the fabric quickly and phoned before ordering to check that this was possible. Was reassured and advised to put a note on the order (and where to do so). The fabric which arrived was good quality, just what I needed and delivery was super fast.

I have been buying from Fabric land for many years, it’s my go to place for all my sewing needs. Always a great selection of fabrics and I end up buying more than need, an Aladdin’s cave for the sewing enthusiast.

Placed an order was very pleased how quickly it was dispatched and received, all well packed and at amazing prices. The polycotton is perfect for my needs and will definitely be ordering more. I really wish they had a store in the North West of England but at least the excellent postal service makes up for it.

Very helpful staff and prices are unbelievable. I love to watch Maxine's videos showing the fabric. As I can't get to their shops it really helps to see how the fabrics look. It's the next best thing to bring able to touch them.

I dropped a point because of the high postage to the Isle of Wight..it’s cheaper for me to buy a return for the ferry than have it posted.if the postage was cheaper I would buy more

Once again Fabric Land and their excellent staff have come through with the goods. Brilliant choice of fabtics at amazing prices, they never disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Like another customer below, I was misled by the description and images on the website, and then found the aftersales unhelpful. I bought some satin which was described as 'emerald green' and it appeared emerald green in the pictures. When it arrived, it was more of a murky green, and no use to me. After I emailed Fabric Love, including a photo taken on my own phone, I received a phone call from a staff member, who said she had tried taking a picture of the fabric on the roll for comparison, and it had come out as blue. She said this proved the problem was just 'screen resolution'. When I asked if I could return the fabric - 2.5m, which I would consider an easy cut for resale - she said no, and that I should get a swatch next time. I almost always buy my fabric online and have never had this problem before. I felt the description of the fabric was misleading and the aftersales service was poor. Now, I am stuck with fabric I can't use.

Excellent company, great range of fabrics, accurate orders are delivered quickly. Only downside is the delivery costs can be a bit too high compared to other fabric suppliers. I guess it is Because they use Royal Mail .

This company trades on the pictures they have on the website which are very misleading and false.
I purchased some fabric that clearly showed 2 colours side by side, white and ivory, I chose the ivory, when it arrived it was so white I placed it against my white door and it clearly showed it was pure white, I contacted them with the pictures I took, to be told it’s a bespoke cut length not refundable, when questioned on the colour their poor excuse was the other white is a brilliant white, shocking customer service and also misleading pictures, should be prosecuted under trading standards for misleading customers, their postal charges are a total rip off, shameful company.

Amazing customer service, I recently placed order and left note asking for urgent delivery and got my order delivered for next day, prices and fabric quality brilliant as well. I’m so pleased with my purchase. Thank you

Yet another really positive experience buying online from Fabricland - great prices and the staff are really helpful and friendly. The delivery is always quick and well packed. They are my first port of call when looking for fabric. My only wish is that the Brighton store could reopen!
