Ordered a pair of trousers, they arrived quickly and are absolutely perfect. The material is really good quality and so is the stitch quality. So good I’ve been back on to order another pair as so comfy.

They shipped me the wrong products, I contacted them the same day I recieved them and it took them a week to respond. When they did respond it was about my original order that it had shipped had nothing to do with the fact that the original order was shipped incorrectly. It took them another week to respond from that that they would give me 20% back on what I ordered and I could keep the goods. I did not want the goods because they did not fit and they were the wrong color. I ordered a dress not a church in teal not hot pink. I responded to them that this was not acceptable that I wanted a full refund or I wanted my order shipped correctly. They responded with they would give me 30% back and I could keep the goods and that they didn’t have any more pink. I explained I did not order the pink I ordered a teal and that’s what I wanted was a full refund or my items shipped correctly. This is going on now for a month and I’ve not received anything in which it already took them four weeks to ship, so I’m going on two months since order date and still nothing. I do not recommend this site to anyone! I am now stuck with two hot pink shirts that do not fit with no money back in the promise to give me only 30% of what I paid and I get to keep the shirts that I didn’t order nor do the fit. I will leave another response if this ever gets settled as to how it got settled.

Terrible company - avoid at all costs! Waited over two months to receive my item (they don't indicate this at time of purchase). The item was wrong and nasty fabric so gave it straight to a charity shop. Customer service is non-existent, my emails were ignored and the firm only sent a tracking number after the item arrived and when I got PayPal involved.

Excellent company. Products are amazing for the price. I wont shop anywhere else now. Also customer service is good. They have refunded me twice with no problem I am very impressed and I am dressed much better than I used to be :)

Ordered few times from fabshopper , always very pleased with the items. Love this site, always have good offers/discounts going on. Delivery has been on time. Cheap and cheerful, perfect for latest trends.

I ordered a jacket on dec 4th when it finally came it was so smaii, I couldn’t believe it, I had ordered s large. What am I to do?i think I’m screwed. Forget this site

Have often thought about buying from the site but always ended up not bothering. Finally decided to order two tops and I am very pleasantly surprised. I expected them to be quite flimsy and not that nice but they’re great. So pleased. Will definitely use them again.

I am plus sized so would be nice to see more range of clothing for us larger ladies but other than that, cannot fault them.

Item arrived in just a couple of days. Brilliant service.

First time shopping with yous great range of products and for great prices the delivery prices our abit high thou which meant i couldnt buy otjer things.

It was a bit challenging at checkout but it may have been my fault.

Great Store with excellent value

I have placed quite a few orders from this place. Their men clothing have very good selection. Great styles. Plus wonderful price to go with it. The cut and details on some of clothing, if you buy at your local stores, it would cost you dearly. You cannot go wrong with this place. Just make sure you know your measurement and check to size before you place orders.

Once in a while there are items that not quite measure up to their standard. The customer support are first class and always give me what was I asked before. Highly recommend.

Took about 10 x's for website to work! EXTREMELY frustrating to spend 1+ hrs doing a whole season's worth of shopping only to have cart suddenly empty for no reason. If not for the super cute stuff at super prices, including +$100 for shipping to US, I wouldn't have kept trying!! But, for the same price, probably only would have gotten 2 coats & 1 pair of boots - maybe! Instead, 1 more coat and pair of boots, a few bikinis, dresses & more - can't wait to see if it looks as good as in photos...

The prices are good, the sizing could be more accurate,. They could add more sophisticated demure dresses; something classy: Although, there are a few if you search long enough. Shoe sizes could serve western women better as there are many women that wear size 9 plus shoes; especially if they are over 5'7" tall. Overall, it is a nice place to shop!

The selection is outstanding, the quality is better than you would expect based on the prices. Shipping is most of the time fairly fast (considering it comes form China). Customer service is fantastic. They are very accommodating, they want you to be happy so they go above and beyond to resolve any issues you may have (which have been minimal in my experience).

I would definitely recommend Fabshopper without reservation.
