love it! support helped me to verify my account

Used to be OK and used to pay quite a lot of the times I deposited especially cash collects but since they updated the site and gave it a new look its gone so downhill nothing pays anymore and OMG I jave never decided to close an account before but I have done just that. The lag on the actual site, the unresponsive slots when pressing on one, the freezing of the site completely so you have to refresh your browser which makes you have to log back in and then the slot tab actually works and attempts to load the slot only to be stuck on a black screen I've finally had enough coz I'm either gonna end up with a broken screen from tapping it 1,000,000 times for it to do anything or I'm gonna have no hair left coz I swear I was that close to just tearing it out.

Made deposit got my free spins done wager requirement and won so a bonus. Can’t fault you guys easy process

Deposited to get free spins then got less than the deposit back… avoid

Do not play on this website lies about promotions and bonuses spend money and then they lied to me

Does not give the stated bonus when joining

I find the withdrawal fast and easy and the money in my account same day. Sometimes there are glitches but it’s better than Pragmatic and Jumpman by far. There can be a very long wait to speak to an agent though which is very frustrating

Scam site servers always down. It’s my money in the account so let me do what I want with it. You are playing games with my mental health now ffs

This site is a big rip off,def fixed,at beginning I always won, well 1st day, then as soon as you say any negative word, they block your chat, this site does not allow you to be honest, the staff are absolute robots under orders no doubt, this site should be closed down, when I get chat ban its because I say negative things about game, and I'm not even swearing,

Played the £5 deposit and got the 100 free spins, off of that I won nearly £9, great right? Wrong, I’ve been wagering and wagering with the balance going up and down, eventually wonder what on earth I have to do to claim winnings, turns out I still have another £149 to wager before I can withdraw. Absolute scam, avoid.

Scam scam scam…. Terrible company and the joining offers are a scam. It states that if you join deposit and play £5 you get 110 free spins. It’s a con it never worked for me or partner and they just said your not entitled to it now it’s finished even though they are still advertising it and it doesn’t state expiry date on it. ( it’s still currently advertising on their website now for new customers) Now it won’t let me withdraw the money i got after winning it with the spent £5. its an Absolutely rubbish website avoid. Avoid the offers as they make out they are good but you’ll just be out of pocket.

Do not I mean do not play at fabulousbingo awful costumer service Bobby and Elizabeth are both useless tools that just end chat on purpose!....asking me for multiple photos of me holding my I'd I must of sent 15 pics .but apparently they don't approve of it but accepted my I.D .they never reply straght away takes over 24 hours for a reply....after I have my cash out I'm telling them to block of my account .and this was my first time playing. They love messing people about worst casino iv ever been on

Never got the free spins promotion offer. After my deposit. Live. Chat is rubbish now one of my withdrawals has gone missing after I closed my account.
Well dodgy.

No surprise multiple deposits once again with 0 bonus. This site has become one of the worst

Would give 0 if it was possible. Signed up via a Facebook advert for the 100 free spins after depositing £5, spent the £5, and no spins were credited, so i went on the chat to be told I hadn't signed up for the promotion 😡 even sent a screen shot of the link I used on the Internet, to then be told I still wasn't getting the free spins. Then had a lovely email to say they've closed my account 🤬 stay well away from this site, and join any other except this one.

This site is not fair site, 1590 pound down in the last 3 months, this site will just keep taking of you. Please use other sites like tiger casino
