Poor quality pictures, digital download fails to work, support email fails to work. Total waste of £10.
The code to apply for british passport never worked. They never answered to the several emails I sent to the support email address they provided. When managed to speak to them on the phone it also took them a lot of time and chasing for them to actually look into the issue. Never again
I used a Facebox photobooth for my passport photos and it’s been nothing short of a nightmare. The P code didn’t work to download my images, which delayed my submission to the passport office.
I emailed and called multiple times - it took nearly a week to get a response, and they never bothered to call me back. When I finally spoke to someone, he was entitled, sarcastic, and dismissive. He even made a snide comment about my appearance - “You’re looking very determined in this photo.” Yes, determined to get the photos I paid for from a service that’s failed at every step.
For £10, I received four blurry, low-resolution photos - not even close to professional or passport-worthy. To make matters worse, they only accept cash, which should’ve been my red flag.
Visible marks on the booth lens and terrible lighting - Daylight robbery
Save your money - Karma will be determined to seek reparations.
