Please dont waste your money with this company. Zero customer service and very slow service. I can only assume they are just outsourcing and ordering from some other company rather than producing anything themselves. Ordered socks for christmas and the socks didnt arrive till the new year. The didnt bother replying to any emails chasing up or asking to cancel once it was obvious they wouldnt arrive in time. Didn't even have the courtesy to send an apology email.

Awful experience. I don't understand why a website would let you pay extra for express shipping (2-3 working days noted at the checkout) but then let the order take over a month to arrive, and not refund the delivery charge. After inquiring about it, the company sends you generic emails and explains how it is "handmade" and will take longer to be delivered. When in reality it is probably ordered from temu/alibaba and that explains the wait. The customer service is awful on top of that, I was told it takes 10-14 days for my product to be made, so I asked to cancel the order. I then asked for a refund, but was told that my order has already been quality checked so can't be refunded. From that information it seems like my order has been made and ready to be delivered, but no. Because it's been almost a month and I still haven't got my order. I requested a refund on my delivery charge at least for it being misleading at checkout, but recieved a generic reply about order being "handmade" yet again, which did not answer my enquiry. Either they are scammers or incompetent. Absolutely avoid ordering this company.

Wish I had never ordered. Delivery of one pair of socks was 3 weeks after Christmas despite ordering with sufficient time. The socks are awful. Material nasty plastic. Quality terrible.
The response they gave me when asking where the order was, was basically “be patient”
Save your money and buy a nice gift for someone.

Awful. Do not waste money here it’s a scam. I’ve waited for over a month and still haven’t arrived although shipping was meant to take up to 10 working days. Do not waste your money here!!
