I don't know where to start as police are involved in it and I can't say to much,be careful of this company as one of their representative rung and suggested I or my daughter would perform sexual acts to them they will make my situation go away,I reported this to the police and gave them the recording of the conversation, please be very careful as these predators pretend to be helpful but they are disgusting creatures

I had a letter from face2face and given that nobody there answers the phone I decided to call in to their offices and I'm glad I did. I was offered a glass of wine whilst we discussed my issue with my bill, and once all the girls had come off the phones we stayed chatting and drinking all night. I've got to admit I woke on on their nylon carpet at 6am with terrible electric shocks. Everything is claret red and makes your head spin, but fantastic night and company. Sorry about weeing in the photocopier. Madam Burford you are a legend. Jumping from desk to desk in high heels with a bit of cher in the background made my night.

Try listening would help ,very unhelpful,kept making up stuff so they didn't have to help ,I think it's all illegal I'm being threatened with we willbreaking into your house, unwilling to listen very rude staff,I felt it was race related.gobsmacked

I felt I had to come on here to leave a review for other people. As some of the reviews I have read about face2face left me absolutely petrified as I suffer from severe mental illness. However the man who came today rang my door bell and was invited in. He did not bully me in anyway. He was a very genuine lovely true gentleman ❤️ who was so helpful and polite and explained everything to me. And he did not force me onto a direct debit or to pay a certain amount He gave me a choice along with the lady on the phone who was also very friendly and helpful and polite. I won't mention their names because that is private. But thank you so much for all your help today and trying your best to help me feel at ease.

Would never usually leave a positive review for a debt company but the lady Sam i dealt with on 2 separate occasions was so polite, understood my situation & put me on the best plan that suited me financially. Thanks Sam for all your help.

regardless of my messages back and forth advising the electricity supplier has still not registered me, it goes back and forth, no welcome pack, then another not even addressed to me from face 2 face, after many emails and phone calls, explaining and trying to register. At my wits end now.

Bullies for Scottish Power. They contacted us to force us on to a direct debit. The only other options did not suit us. They were rude, intrusive and not interested in our circumstances. This is an appalling way to treat families who have disabilities but I gues neither Scottish or face2face care about this

I received a letter from this company saying the we’re doing work on an another property we are four in a block .The letter stated they had tried to see my meter but couldn’t get access and stated that they would take legal action to force entry .I phoned them and asked what this was about to be told someone tried to see the meter in January 2023 this is now September 2023 I asked why the people who came did not leave a contact number ,no answer they seem to think threats is the way to do business

On Thur 27.10.22 A man from a local company called Cyro Locksmiths broke into a property I own, sent by Face 2 Face Contact, who are a debt collecting company; they also work for utility companies to break in & change meters & chase debts in an aggressive manner using forceful entry. This is a company pretending to be up front & honest & acting under the Warrant of entry (Gas & Electrictiy Boards) 1954 Act; but you cannot serve a warrant to a deceased person, whether there are outstanding debts or not; you cannot serve a legal document against a dead person!

Just a hand written note was left with a phone number to get keys. when he brought the keys, he would not give his name or show any ID, but he demanded my ID. I was intimidated & I was in a state of total shock. He said there was a warrant to enter because of outstanding utility bills. He did not show me a warrant, nor show me any ID. He said there was a letter inside the property before scurrying off. There was no letter of explanation from any one left at the property.

So at this point I was in a situation where an anonymous person has picked the gate lock to gain access & broken the door lock to gain access. I was extremely shocked, shaken and upset that any one can do this with out any correspondance or warning at all & no letter or correspondance before or left at the scene of the crime. I just had a mobile number, & could see a new meter had been installed.

There were no outstanding bills, the tenant had died & the meters were pre payment; the property is empty, & no utilities were being used & Utilita had been informed. If any body needed to look at, or change the meter, they only needed to contact me, not break in & tresspass & cause criminal damage.

I have reported this to the Police, Trading Standards & the Ombudsman.

The damaged door frame no longer aligns; it doesn't close properly, this is not the work of a proper locksmith; it's the dirty work of a thug without a moral compass.

I regard myself as an innocent victim of crime, the door must be repaired asap, it can't be left as it is, it is not secure..

Why did face 2 face act without a few basic checks to find me first? which wouldve been extremely simple, & I could've opened the door with a key for anyone with the proper ID to carry out any inspection or change meters if deemed necessary. Nobody did any of that, it's just appalling, & leaves me to put the damage right & have to involve my self in long negotiations to get any form of compensation.

Bearing in mind no one can restore my peace of mind or the anxiety this has caused me. I spoke to some one at Cyro lock smiths after a text to the number, a dismissive & unfriendly perrson admitted it was their company who caused the damage, instructed by face 2 face contact, he suggested I called Utilita for some answers,... they were just the locksmiths doing a job. When I asked if it was considered normal practice for a locksmith to break a lock & handle in order to change a lock & leave the door not closing properly, I was told "perhaps he was having a bad day" An attitude that shows the poor standards & ethics of both the locksmith & face 2 face who employed him.

Missing screws on unmatching handles, a damaged door frame; & a piece of broken handle which proves the force used to break in, the whole door frame no longer aligns & will not close.

This damage was caused by cowboy breaking & entering in a hurry, not a qualified locksmith.

I have spoken to face 2 Face Contact on 2.11.22; they are looking at my my photos & videos of the damage - they seem to have no urgency to fix it or justify the disgraceful thuggish behaviour - over 1 week & still no satisfactory answers or action

I'm still waiting for face 2 face to send me a copy of the warrant of entry, which can't exist as you cannot get a warrant in a deceased person's name.

I'm still waiting for an answer as to why they and the locksmith engaged on their behalf to break in with force preferred to remain anonymous; leaving no paperwork; to say who they were or why they had been, so Ive had to ask questions & look for addresses on the internet to even begin to ask questions.
Why was no information left for me at the scene of their crime? No copy of the alleged warrant of entry.

I'm also still waiting for an answer as to why I wasnt given 24 hours notice of their locksmiths visit, again notice could not be given to a dead person, but as the owner of the property I was very easy to find.

I'm still waiting for my door to be repaired, the frame is damaged - they've had photos & videos

I have been in touch with Trading Standards. Ombudsman & Police.
face 2 face's website looks very respectable & they are polite on the phone; but they are not acting within the law. ★The domain name email given on their website;★"info@" is not valid either!
