Great service from Face end to end. We had a problem with our integrated fridge freezer. Within 3 days a new one had been delivered and installed and the old one taken away. The service was first rate, excellent communication and took amazing care when fitting the new one. a great local company

Own a static caravan and the freezer part of the fridge freezer packed up. Saw the Face Appliances van in Teignmouth and thought got to be worth a look? Service and advice was exceptional and 24 hours later it was delivered as promised and we're back up running. So nice dealing with a local company, thanks guys.
Quick and friendly delivery ... excellent personal communication to arrange drop off time .. price match. Always choose a family business when I possibly can .. tumble dryer was unpacked for me plugged in and a quick demo on care and basic use followed .. amazing old school service .. well done guys.

Great service from a local company. We needed a delivery as we are self isolating and Face electrical were brilliant through the whole process. They were very strict about social distancing and kept us informed throughout and told us what to expect on arrival as they performed a contactless delivery.

My 93 year old mother in law purchased a gas cooker off them and it has gone wrong for the second time within 12 months , I initially phoned them and straight away they try to fob you off and refer you to the manufacturer when under the 2015 consumer rights act the contract is with them , I actually went down the shop and I made the mistake of believing them when they told me to ring manufacturer service number and they would do a report and they would request a replacement , rang the number and the number is only for repair and that's,all they do no reports and the only people who can replace is face electrical , so the next option is a final action letter and the small claims court, angry and not happy.

We are truly sorry that your mother in laws cooker has produced a fault for the second time and we certainly don’t want you to think you are in limbo. We are however a little confused as to why you have put this review. We thought the process had started in exchanging this product. As was explained to yourself in the showroom an engineer from the manufacturer will need to call out to confirm the fault has developed on the cooker as it is over 30 days old. Once they have confirmed this we will exchange the cooker straight away. We did try and book this call out for you in the showroom to speed things up but once I got through to the manufacture you were unable to provide me with a contact number for yourself or anyone who could take the courtesy calls regarding time slots so I suggested that you called them direct to save time. We also mentioned if you had any problems with what the manufacture was saying when you called them then please let us know and we will organise the visit once we had your contact number and serial number. We are very sorry that you felt you needed to put this review but rest assured our intention was to get this product exchanged as quickly as possible like you requested. We just need the engineer to confirm the fault. If you would like to pop in or call the showroom with your contact number and serial number of the appliance we will be more than happy to arrange for the engineer visit and get this exchanged asap.
