This is not a Netherlands based business. It took 18 days to be delivered and it was shipped from China. No transparency on the website.

The product also was incorrect :(

Will never use this site or service again.

Funny socks and good enough delivery, overall very satisfied

The picture is bad en the socks bad quality. Dilevery took al long time.

Very bad company! I ordered my product over a month ago and have not received anything yet, even though they claimed a 14 day shipping time. I have emailed them multiple times and have either gotten no response or the same automated responses from 'Emma' or 'Paul'. I feel very scammed. Do not waste your money or time on this horrible company.

I order on 19/02/2023, now it is 22/03/2023 and there is no product for the foreseeable future. Through the contact i have with the company, the order should arrive next week, every week. total waste of money and time. I asked for a full refund, then they send me a tracking number, with no info for the package, from Luxembourg Post. I live in the Netherlands, go figure

Ordered my socks over 2 months ago. No delievery or refund. Very awful company. Don't waste your time here.

1,5 month ago i ordered socks. Still have not received them. Company lies about arrival time. Never order there!

After I placed my order I got updated every week about the status of my order by an employee called 'Emma'. I got emails that my order was going to be designed, then that it got printed and then that it was ready to be delivered. After that email I never heard anything anymore, I didn't receive a track & trace or anything. After 3 weeks of not noticing anything, I emailed them and I got a response within 10 minutes that my order is on it's way and would be delivered in 1 week but that they lost the tracking code... It's now 2 weeks further and I still didn't receive anything. I did have some email contact with Paul, but as soon as I told him I want my money back if they can't send me a tracking number, my email was reported as spam. In short: never order at this website!

Most awful company ever. Placed two orders, for which the second has only arrived 1,5 month later instead of the promised 14 days. I'm also still waiting for the first order to arrive. Emails do not get answered and the design is not shown to you via email before it gets printed on the item. Turns out that's quite important, as the requested print did not turn out as how I wanted it to at all despite giving clear instructions. Do NOT recommend!

Promised to be delivered within 14 days. We’re now 4 weeks ahead and still no sound of my package. Also no replies from customer service whatsoever. Even 1 star is too much for their quality.

They promised 14 days delivery time. I needed the packet 20 days after purchase. After only one month I received my parcel.
In the meanwhile, the customer service refused to answer my emails.
And that's not everything, I didn't actually receive my parcel. Delivery service mentioned it was delivered at the door but it was gone when I tried to search for it.
Again, customer service ignoring my mails.
Delusional

The order took them way more than they said. I also asked if they can change a color of socks in the email and they said it was not a problem but the socks were delivered in the original color.
Very bad experience while communicating!

I am still waiting for my order after I placed it more than one month ago. I emailed and they keep saying the order is coming but it never shows up. I wish I would have read the reviews of this company, I would have never ordered from them.

This is my second review after they didn't keep their end of the deal.
Firstly I waited over a month to receive a product that clearly wasn't checked for quality. Not all photo's were visable. I emailed them (3 times before I got an answer) they said they would give me a discount on my next order. I said I wasn't happy with this and never got an answer back. Then I wrote my first review and got an email from them within 2 days to say they would send me my order again if I deleted the review. I said that I would delete the review if I got the package in 3 weeks. They said they would send it but guess what? It's been almost 5 weeks and I haven't received anything.
So again: save yourself the time and money and don't order here!

Absolutely horrible!ordered a month ago and haven’t received my package. The costumer service is incredible lame.you can’t only contact them by email.they say the package is on the way,but isn’t true and they keep ignoring my emails!

Horrible experience. They promise “14 days delivery”, it didn’t even come close to that. Also, you can add notes to the ‘makers’ of the product about specific pictures, they do not even look at that. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Horrible delivery. I ordered it a month ago and I still did not receive my package. I can only contact them through email and they were not able to offer me any solution. I do not recommend ordering any products here since it does not take 14 days as they suggest on their website.

Terrible service and poor quality - item did not arrive until several days after Christmas, despite being told in November that the order would be with me in 10-14 days. No apology or offer of refund despite repeated emails. Don't waste your money or time

Still waiting for my product... I was told it would be shipped and it never was.

Update: It took much longer than promised to receive my product, but I did finally get it. I can attribute some of that delay to the holidays, but I am suspicious that had I not started sending angry emails to customer service asking for a refund, then they might never have sent my product. At least the customer service remained responsive and the printed socks turned out nice.
