I have had few treatments now at Bae’s clinic and I’m incredibly impressed not only with results, but their client care too.
My treatments were by Bae and Federica.
Both were super professional, didn’t rush and gave me advice on things I wanted done, without pushing for something that wasn’t needed. Treatments are pain free, clinic is easy to get to, it’s beautifully furnished and equipped and the ladies on the reception are also lovely. Results are fabulous and I highly recommend the Faces by Bae clinic. Lili F x

Professional service from when you walk in to when you leave. Beautiful bright and immaculately clean salon with lovely friendly staff. I always see bae for my lip filler and my lips always look unreal. Bae is honest and very professional she definitely knows her stuff and i wouldn’t trust anyone else to do what she does! I have been 5 times so far and have never had a single complaint.

Staff are very informative and so friendly…they put you at ease straight away and keep talking to you asking if your ok and asking if there is any questions you want to ask. Top service and so professional

Very beautiful clinic firstly. I have a 5ml package with Bae and laser hair removal with Diana. Bae is very amazing at what she does, she was patient, explained everything in detail so I understood fully and she is very very skilled at what she does. My before and afters are incredible, she has made me look 10 years younger but you also are not able to tell what has been done. Thank you Bae I will be returning. Secondly I had laser hair removal with Diana, oh she is so sweet! I have shaven for many years, avoiding all other methods of hair removal, especially laser! The main reason being I thought it hurt! And secondly I always felt uncomfortable at the thought of taking my clothes on. Instantly Diana made me feel relaxed, I knew she wasn’t judging me and had seen many women like me before! Also why does no one advertise that laser hair removal DOESNT hurt! Wow I was blown away I actually nearly fell asleep which is crazy to even think. I ended up paying extra to have full body hair removal. Can’t wait to see you all again. Thank you ladies for making me feel so relaxed and happy.

Bae is such a professional and makes you feel so comfortable and reassured, the reception staff are also so welcoming and the clinic is gorgeous! I have been to Bae a few times now off the back of recommendations and would defo recommend to anyone!

Went here for tear through and bae was lovely talked me through everything before doing my procedure, asked if I was ok many times, very happy with the result and instant look is great , A*** service from start to finish, 2nd treatment I’ve had from Facesbybae and can’t fault them at all ;) thank you ladies I’ll be back soon ;)

Really unprofessional girls putting filler in other girls faces. They are not very well trained, and do not explain the risks of filler just give you a long electronic list on an iPad to absolve them of any responsibility. The way they also do filler compared to other aestheticians are different (bad way) and also told me I should consider getting filler for my chin because it’s “weak”.
Whilst I had the procedure done they were talking over my face about who said and did what and who took who’s boyfriend.
Poor service from clearly unprofessional untrained young women that didn’t even give me the result I wanted. Went somewhere else and they did a completely different application and my desired results.

They will never reply to your after care concerns so unprofessional and carless yet expensive, appalling customer service i will complain to the correct people about them

Execrable customer service!!
I was left with a botched lip filler!
Very unfriendly and unhelpful when discussing the issue.
The treatment was done in a rush!
Just a money hungry lady who doesn’t care about her customers.

Horrendous experience. Please be aware that lots of juvenile experimenters inspired by Instagram are starting to get into the filler industry. These aren't actual clinicians treating you. They stand over you & LOUDLY AND OPENLY discuss personal client emails and business matters WHILE working on your face. It is low-brow, decrepit & the work is done in a filthy basement covered in pink in hopes you don't notice the cracked paint and dirty walls.
