Bad product, worse customer service

First, the product I ordered didn’t seem to have any effect one way or another, so having bought two bottles, I wasn’t interested in buying more. Could have sworn I cancelled the subscription, only to check my email one day and see that a new order has been generated. When I logged into my account, no option for canceling the subscription was visible anywhere.

Right away I contacted customer service and was told they “couldn’t” cancel the order (funny because it hadn’t been shipped yet), and that returns “weren’t possible”, even of a completely unopened package.

I’ve dealt with scammy companies before, but this one is up there with the best of them. My advice is to stay far away!
