This company is happy to take your deposits but if you win and attempt to withdraw they will request an obscene amount of documentation and then request you get them attested by an attorney?

The company employs delay tactics in hope that you get bored and ‘forget’ about your winnings.

This company is nothing but a scam artist and I’ve proceeded to ensue legal action against them. I’m prepared to blow the £1.5k in my account on legal fees just for this.

I’ve also contacted media (watchdog and ASA) to help with this.

I look forward to helping get them shut down

Guys please avoid these scammers , You will never get your winnings just like many other complaints . They are con site and it is ok when you deposit online but you will never get your withdrawals. Legal action taken on my side see who wins in the end.

Same as all the other complaints. The verification process is a disgrace. I've sent them my bank statements and they are asking what certain transactions are. Nothing to do with them. I've won over £900 and they are making it impossible to get verified. Taking this to IBAS and the gambling commission

Con sight , deposited around 250 throughout a few days . Didn't win anything over 7 pound . Scatter teases all the time but very rarely hit bonus wins , over 10+ games and 250 pound I had two bonuses each under ten pound. Also website crashes alot and is under maintenance alot which is weird .

Account suspended after winning and withdrawn the money and yet my withdraw still pending. It’s okay to lose 4600£ but when I start wining back 4000£ today guess what money now pending withdrawal and they suspended my account for verification. What a bull***.

I deposited in to the account fine and had no issues.

However, after then winning I processed a number of withdrawals. These were quickly “pending” and a series of documents required.

Long story short - they refuse to give me the £3800 that they have of mine.

Their checks are unclear, their processes very poor and if you win you will not see your money.

I am hoping to resolve but otherwise I will be contacting the owner to f the company (Taichi Tech) and also taking Legal action.

Do not use this website. If you have any kind of win, they will decline the withdrawal request and write to you to request all sorts of information. Apparently it's OK to deposit without proof of income but once you have won its now vital information required to verify your account.

Once you supply this information, and they accept it, they will say your account is going through our strict compliance procedure and we are sorry for the (unspecified) delay in this process.

Despite the fact the regulator the Gambling Commission has this to say about withdrawals

No live chat, only way to communicate is via email which is slow and causes uneccesarydelays, im sure this is by design to cause people trouble and frustrate them. They make things as difficult as possible and customer service are the worst ever.

Don't bother with this site it let you withdraw small amount then wean you have a bigger win they ask for all documents which was provided then they ask for more proof stay well away from fafabet I did give a 5 but now they won't pay me out they having 1 star

Withdrew a substantial amount of money. Been now hit with the verification process. Constant emails back and forth that the documents provided aren't in the right format etc . My first withdrawal which was small was processed without any complications and now that I've had a big win I've had to jump through hoops and pretty much sell my soul. Its ridiculous and a total invasion of privacy. I have little hope that I will receive my withdrawal anytime soon if I do i will update my rating.

I think I’ve been stung. Requested a withdrawal yesterday. Absolutely nothing, just been sat as pending. Been asked to jump through hoops on information, pic of me holding my passport, bank statements everything. Extremely nervous because it’s £2100 I’m waiting on. Live chat non existent. Would love to hear how people managed to get their money or if they ever did.

Placed bets of around £300 and was asked to provide 3 months bank statements! After I did that and won my bet I was told "our Compliance department has placed a restriction on your account" - can't bet a pound now!
Conclusion: They don't like it if you win anything.
