Good choices of the bikes in "mass market before 1000 euro", good prices and fast delivery.
I bought bike for my wife, it was assembled completely: just put the steering to the correct position and screwed temporary plastic pedals.
Settings already made, but needs to be slightly aligned.
Now my wife riding on 29" aluminium Cube gravel.
You know where your's bike as they send a lot of email notifications.
The box was so big that I've thought they put a wring bike ))

The shipping company just did not delivered the item, the address was clear but they said we could not find the recipient. After that, I tried to reach to Fahrrad to help me to contact with the delivery company. when they said they can!t, I tried to offer different solutions, always the same answer, they cannot do anything. The first time I have ever confront such a bad online order process. They just did NOTHING!!

Further to my experience below, I have decided to go to the Police and raise a case of Fraud and theft as zero response to any form of enquiry continues -Service levels at this Company don't exist - once they have your money they don't care! I'm trying to solve a delivery issue for a EUR4,000 item and no one answers - not their shipping Company or them, no answers to email or phone.
Repeated attempts to resolve the issue through contacts don't result in anything, just stupid automated emails or agent replies when they don't even read the issue.
You can't even reach the CEO to complain

I ordered several bicycle helmets of which I kept two. All others I returned in the same box they had arrived in, after registering my return (listing all products I was going to return). I paid for the products I kept and the postage After about a month, I received a bunch of individual emails on about half of the helmets I returned. I assumed it was all done, however - who only registers returns for half of the items in a box? So when I now received a reminder from Klarna about my outstanding payment for products I had long returned I was stunned. I contacted Fahrrad Franz XXL who said they needed to investigate with their warehouse. Since then, silence again. Perhaps no surprise because the defining characteristic of this company seems to be chaos and confusion. Do yourself a favour and avoid this shop - they clearly have no idea what they are doing and you will be left with a huge mess to try and clean up!!

I purchased a Cube Nulane Pro trapeze 50cm for my fiancee. A week later we received a Cube Nulane Pro Diamant 50cm. We asked for the return as soon as the bike arrived on 17.07.2023 but until today 27.07 we got no indication about when the bike can be picked up. As per their policy, the return of the money will only happen 7 working days after the return is conpleted. All in all, my money will be stuck for weeks and I will not get a new women’s gravel bike for my fiancee within the 2023 biking season - most likely because someone did not plan the stock correctly, not differentiating between trapeze or diamant frames. The communication was sparse and quasi automated, customer support weak and the company processes not clear. I will avoid them in the future.

Payed Money, they canceled the order on the same day and three weeks from now I was not able to get in contact with somebody besides a chat pot. I only want to get my money back (several 1000€) but it seems to be quite complicated.

I don’t understand the bad comments. Bike arrived and was already set up. Took four 3/4 days in total to arrive. All I had to do is make sure every screw was tight and the pedals were on and boom there I went. No damage no issue. Five stars.

Choosing my bike from the website was easy and was loaded with relevant information. About the shipping, it was quick and the packaging was strong enough to protect my bike while transportation. Overall am very much happy with my purchase from Fahrrad XXL online shop.

Quick delivery. However, I decided to return the bike due to its size, the return process was easy and I got the refund also quickly.

Thou the delivery update was given 1 week after I ordered. I assume this is due to the preparation of my items. I have ordered two MTB's and they arrived few days after they gave me an update on the shipping dates. Online chat is also nice and someone will assist you incase you have questions. Overall my experience is great. Thank you.

Quick delivery and quick support with a little issue I had with the bike. Would highly recommend.
