This place is a scam. I spent over £80 expecting nice abayas only to get items that looked nothing like the images and were so cheaply made that the buttons were broken. I emailed 5 times before getting a response. I was told to return the items to get a refund and I did that but then I got no response AND NO REFUND. they ignored my repeated emails and proof that they received the package and to this day we have been ignored and our comments on their social media are deleted

Avoid this company like the plague. Ordered a few abayas from this company and one of them was massive (really wide), I emailed them asking for a return on just that item and they said they don't offer returns and all their items are universal sizes. I showed them pictures and evidence that this was not the same size as my other ones and they eventually accepted a refund. They sent me the delivery details for my return and told me to pay the posting fee. I sent the item back and waited a few weeks. I emailed them again and sent them the proof of delivery, one of which was a picture of the parcel on their desk. They kept ignoring me, so I messaged them on their instagram. I got a response saying they would sort this out for me and then nothing would happen. This happened 3 or 4 times and then they eventually just stopped replying. I then left comments under their insta posts which they kept deleting. To this day I haven't received a refund.

ordered neaely 200 euros worth of abayas around mid april, no dispatch information for two months and constant lies and excuses from their instagram page, claiming theyve sent out my order when they haven't. FULL ON LYING! i cant stress this enough! lied to me multiple times about sending out my order and even had the nerve to claim the issue was from my end which it was not. after literally four months of constantly chasing up on the status of my order and literally begging for a refund, i was given my money back. no idea how they think its ok to run a business like this, even worse a muslim business.

They never sent the items. I made an order of more than 200€ in April 2023 and got refunded on November 2023. The owner only refunded me because I told her that I knew where she lived and wouldn’t mind paying her a visit to get my money back. I also had to write multiple comments, emails, Dms… Do not buy from this brand and if you have but haven’t received your item do a chargeback request to your bank. No matter how long the chargeback request takes don’t cancel it, go through with it.
It’s scandalous that after all the scams, this business is still running.

Back in 2023 I ordered the blue with pink border abaya costing me £70, I even paid for next delivery. It’s 2024 now, and still haven’t received it! The only reply I ever got was “what is my order number, we’ll look into it and get back to you”, which they never did. I’m disgusted that this company has stolen so many customers money and claim that they are a Muslim business! Sisters please be careful and look into the businesses you deal with. I pray that you never go through what I did. I really hope these insta models who have worked with them can call these scammers out!

It has been a whole month since I placed my order and I still haven’t received it. I bought many abayas from different brands and this is by far the worst company ever. Sh*ttest customer service, they lie about dispatching orders and when their preorder items will arrive by. Yet they post on instagram thanking everyone for ordering from their site and how their deals will end the next day. I KNOW everyone else is experiencing the same thing as me. How they are still up and running I have no idea. If you read this do yourself and everyone else a favour and close the site down until you are actually ready to run a Business. You need to be truthful, have good customer service skills, keep on track of delayed orders and many more! I’m actually appalled at this rate. I never experienced this. The worst abaya company ever I don’t think any other company can take your spot

I strongly advise against ordering from this site. I ordered on April 28, my order has still not been shipped. I am asked for my order number but never heard back afterwards. site to be banned.

Je déconseille fortement de commander sur ce site. J'ai commandé le 28 avril 2024, ma commande n'a toujours pas été expédiée. On me demande mon numéro de commande mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse par la suite. site à interdire.
