Always a pleasure dealing with FCU
Customer service representatives at the call center have always been helpful & willing to figure out whatever issue you may have. Mean while, the are extremely friendly and also helpful! Business & Personal Accounts
Initially when I opened an account at Fairwinds it was a business account which lead to a personal account and charge card. The staff at the Sanford, Florida location are amazing. I would like to see a points earning credit card option and being able to use Zelle for my business account.

I have several online-only banking…
I have several online-only banking services for which my only contact with them is through an ATM or through Zelle, and the use of my debit card. So far, I've been very pleased. Fairwinds banking app is nice, I've been able to download the information I need when I want it from my PC. I like it just as much or more then my Capital One debit card. The only problem is I don't have more money to put in the bank, which is nice because they haven't been a problem at this bank for carrying a zero balance on occasion.

I like my Fairwinds account
I like my Fairwinds account, which explains why I still have it even though I live in Virginia. I have been a member for about 30-35 years or so. There have been issues…changing the online screens and not liked them, but otherwise it goes well.
