I ordered a pink rosary pouch on 1/29/25. The latest tracking said it was in the Netherlands en route to US! How long do I wait for this? Order said delivery within 5-7 business days. Thinking I got scammed

Don't order from here! They are a scam. I ordered through their Facebook page. They advertised and quoted prices in AUD (I'm in Australia). I placed the order, the price displayed was AUD $84.16, I clicked to pay via PayPal and it showed AUD $92. I agreed and placed the order. After placing the order, I received an email from them stating that the invoice charged me $126.32 AUD converted from $81.87 USD, including tax, whereas they had previously calculated it in Australian dollars without mentioning any tax. I contacted them to inquire about this discrepancy, and they said they would refund me $18.89 due to a system error. However, they never refunded the money, and the item was shipped from China, not the USA as they claimed. I contacted them several times to ask about the refund, but they stopped responding.

I wish there was a way to do minus stars because Faithfulm was disappointing to deal with. I ordered a devotional that had in capital letters HARDCOVER and when it arrived it was not the case. It’s a soft cover and the pages seem photocopied. The size of the devotional was also misrepresented in pictures to be twice the length of a pen but showed up just slightly bigger than a pen. After contacting customer service and MANY emails back and forth all they were willing to do was $5 off a $50 purchase. I highly recommend NOT buying from this scam of a company!!

Scam! Do not buy from this company. Place an order in October. Now December and no product. Customer Service is non existent. They say the same thing over and over. Tracking number they provide is fake. Don’t fall for this scam.

Terrible experience. I bought the set of 4 devotionals. It took almost a month to arrive, and on top of that, all four had mistakes in the text. It’s really unpleasant to give something with spelling errors as a gift. And don’t even get me started on the customer service — I paid $40 and the compensation they’re offering me is $3. They’re crazy. Please, do not buy from this website.

If I could give a negative star I would. I have been getting the run around from this company for something I ordered a month ago. Kept telling me it’s been shipped and gave me a bogus tracking number from the Nederlands. Fast track one month later and i’m sent another tracking number from
China. Worst company ever !!!!!

Sent to wrong address then tried to charge me again if I wanted my product resent after their mistake……. Should have read reviews it seems a common scam they run ….. send to wrong address “which is probably one of their people” while you pay for the product and shipping…after which I’m sure they resell the products their people collect……. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This is a scam . They steal your money even you pay with PayPal. You will never get your order or your money back. They are horrible. Never never order

This company steals the money you pay for shipping, then affixes FRAUDULENT shipping on the package and sends it out. The post office sent me a notice that I must now pay shipping because the postage was not legitimate. This is a sham and a scam. Somebody is pocketing the money we pay for shipping, then you get stuck with the bill if you want to retrieve your purchase from the post officer. Do not deal with faithfulm.com

Order a dog for my wife and after waiting for a couple of months and writing several times to support I never received my purchase, when I claim my reimburse to PayPal, my refund accredited it for a few days and they took it out of my account another
Once, I never knew what delivery service it was to claim, they never answered me again and I left without my dog ​​and without my money.
I do not recommend this company at all, next time I will buy for Amazon who is done

Thus company can improve by just closing up so they can't scam other people. They lie about what they are selling and a group should get together to have their business shut down for good!!!! They lie about what they sell. I never got what they advertised.. it wasn't at all what they were selling...PLEASE... DONT LET THEM TAKE YOU FOR YOUR MONEY...

Beware! You won’t get your order. THEY say it was delivered, I can’t file missing because they don’t provide necessary information as shipper to do so. I got ripped off NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS OUTFIT.

Definitely recommend grabbing one for your space. It arrived in excellent condition and added that chic yet laid-back touch my place totally needed. I love how classy and natural this piece looks in our living room. Elevates the room beautifully without needing any care—practical beauty meets stellar quality.

Waited like 3 weeks but kinda impressed when it finally arrived cause it looked legit nice and vibes perfectly in my living room, pretty chill décor piece despite the delay.

Ordered this to add a decorative touch at home and overall its decent quality. A little pricey considering its artificial, but looks pretty realistic from a bit of distance, matches my decor nicely.

I ordered a puppy, after 2 months of waiting I reached out to customer service and was told the tracking number I was given was incorrect and sent me another one later I was told the parcel was delivered if I didn’t receive it I should deal with it shipping company and ask refund from them and they refused to respond to my request for refund.
If this is not a scam I don’t know what the scam is!!! And they don’t deserve 1⭐️

These scum people get your money and it takes forever for you to get your products. Please do not order from them. They act like robots and keep telling you the same thing, your order is on the way and it never comes. They are from another country and it takes forever for your order. Its been 5 weeks and I'm still waiting and they want give me a refund.

If there was a zero star option, I would have picked it. I ordered the robot puppy and after thinking it was never going to get here, it finally arrived more than a month after ordering. To my dismay, it was nothing more than a $2.00 battery powered toy - nothing close to advertised product! Shame on Facebook/META for allowing scams to advertise on there platform!
