I have spoken with Faits D'armes SO many times, i got billed TWICE, communication was a issue and lastly i didn't get the correct item...
The website works but service was a issue

Excellent customer service!
Really impressed by what the shop has to offer but even more so the customer service! I made an order and they didn't have my item in stock. I needed it fairly quickly so asked if they could possibly cancel the order and I'll make a new order later on down the line. They replied and actioned the refund within 10 minutes of me sending the email. Very awesome and looking forward to making a new order soon!

Fantastic Service!
I purchased some Pro Gauntlets and some Rawlings training swords from Faits Darmes.
I will say at first I was worried about spending that amount of money online but, they were really great to deal with and helped me through the process.
Importantly, everything arrived, it arrived in good time
and with no damage.
I hope this helps other people who might be thinking of purchasing anything from Faits Darmes.
They have earned my trust the old fashion way, by doing exactly what they said they would.

Unfortunately the package is stick in UK customs (apparently due to the invoice simply saying "sword", which spooked them). However, this isn't necessarily the fault of Fait D'armes :)

Bent but fixable with good quality
American buyer here. Sword was bent upon arrival but can be fixed. Sturdy and everything promised to be. Without needing to fix the curve I'd rate 4 stars.
