Falsum - Sam Ballard-Robinson
WARNING! AVOID! We were left high and dry with a shipping container in Korean customs, which we were relying on Sam to process. For reasons unknown, he completely disappeared, ignored calls and emails and ghosted us at a crucial point of delivery, without any reason or justification whatsoever. Totally unprofessional, very immature and cost us £1000’s. There are definitely more experienced and mature consultants out there I’m sure.

After we paid their invoices Falsum…
After we paid their invoices Falsum started ignoring us, I tried ring and sent many emails, the only way to get reply is give them bad reviews. Once I done it first time I received reply email after few months, I was told that everything been paid out and threatened me with legal team if I won't remove trust pilot review. From this time I chased for proof of payment many time without any reply again, our accounts team advised that we never received any refund from Falsum.

Import experts
I had the pleasure of working with Sam on a project. He is clearly an expert in his field and provided in depth advice as well as step by step instructions for us to follow in dealing with the import of a specific product. Worked on a tax reclaim and got back from HMRC
We knew we had some tax paid on our purchases from Europe that we felt wasn't right or incorrectly charged. Falsum did a review and handled the claims for us. Very happy with how it went but HMRC were very slow in paying out to us.

Avoid Falsum At All Costs
This consultant took our money, and then didn't keep to any promised schedule. They didn't help us at critical times and now does not return our emails, pick up our calls or turn up to video messages.
Very disappointing and he was recommended to us by HMRC.
We recommend you use another consultant and avoid Falsum Consulting Limited.
