I was looking for a Mercedes Benz S Class Coupe and saw an unusual S500 Night Edition Coupe on the Family Autos Ltd., site. It was a Designo Selenite Grey Magno Car and super scarce. I decided to put a deposit down over the phone as I was impressed with all the positive reviews Martins business had achieved. I then went ahead with the deal in good faith at a very fair price. The process was very smooth and I felt comfortable throughout. However unfortunately a month later there was an issue with the car that neither of us could have foreseen. I emailed Martin and I received a prompt response. Martin took back the car, gave me an executive courtesy car and had the problem resolved expediently. I decided to write this review as I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the excellent customer services I received. Furthermore, I would have no hesitation buying from Martin again....Maybe I might ask him to source an S63 Yellow Edition in a couple of years time.....
Update - Sold my car for 10% more than I paid for it, had owned it for over two years and covered nearly 6000 miles😳
