This is a scam. Do not buy from this company. Ordered the seeds in January and still waiting for the seeds. They are advertising on Facebook and should be removed.

There should be an option for no stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering from this so-called company. Ordered seeds in January and we are now into March, still NO SEEDS . I keep being told that they are in transit, however nothing has moved since February. I keep requesting a refund however it is simply ignored and keep being told It’s in transit.I agree with the comments. I truly think this is a scam!

Horrible customer service and never received my item. I ordered it the first week of 12/25, it is 2/20 and still nothing. They refuse to give me a refund. This is a scam.

Bought some seeds. They sent me the tracking number. I was texting it. Then they said it was delivered but when I ask them how could it be delivered on that date because when I checked the tracking it said the seeds were at customs. They told me they gave me the wrong tracking number. Scam all the way.

If I could give a negative number I would. Ordered seeds and they overcharged my credit card. Had the receipt showing 33.63 and they charged 43.90. They repeatedly ignored my emails and inquiries. A scam don’t be fooled like I was

The seed packaging on their ad says made in USA. So why did my seeds come from China? Or was it Germany? I had 2 tracking numbers! It took a month to receive the seeds and they don't look like the pictured seeds. They say they sent the right seeds and will give me a 5$ refund. I paid 27.16 and got NOTHING. The seeds won't grow!! Besides being the wrong seeds, they're dead! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!

I made a purchase in December 1st of 2025 and was given a tracking number but my item never arrived. After contacting them through their customer service, they said my item was shipped and on its way. I again tried tracking my item in January of 2026 and family malls said go to my post office and pay additional charges for the item I already paid for including shipping.

I purchased the Embroidery Stitch Book on October 26, 2025 after seeing a paid Instagram ad. The ad was very convincing, but the company turned out to be completely unreliable.

I bought directly from familymalls.com. I only received an order confirmation email stating that tracking information would be sent later — it never was.

After contacting customer support at the end of November, they provided a tracking number. According to that link, the package supposedly traveled from China to Montreal via Toronto and was marked as “delivered” on December 3, 2025.

The product was never delivered.
No package was left at my address, no neighbors received it, and my home security cameras show no delivery attempt.

I have repeatedly requested a refund, but customer support only responds by insisting that the package was delivered and keeps sending the same tracking link as their only proof. There is no independent or verifiable evidence beyond that link, and it is impossible to know whether the information is even reliable.

They are refusing to take responsibility or refund the money I paid for a product I never received.

This company shows all the signs of a scam. There is no real customer protection and no accountability.

Avoid Family Malls. Do not buy from them.
