Customer support DOESN'T EXIST. They just have pre-answered questions. You cannot report any issues
Seriously disappointed with, especially because ive lost nearly 500 giving this app 2nd chances

Fraud! 13314 RS NEVER GOT REFUNDED TO SOURCE THIER STAFF IGNORED 29 MESSAGES ON EMAIL. CS ON APP WONT REPLY THEY WOULD TYPE OUT A GENERIC MESSAGE.

Do not use FamPay
FamPay is the only regulated banking entity with worse customer support than your local pen shop. I had ordered and paid for a card which once delivered did not work offline or online. When I contacted support for the first time they asked me to wait for 5-7 days so that the transactions team can reach out. Good so far, but wait! Fast forward to a month later and no one reaches out. It has, in total, been 3 months at the time of writing this review since I raised my complaint and each time they give me the same answers, word for word, and ask me to wait for another 5-7 days. Do not waste your time and money with FamPay, there are better neobanks like Fyp which atleast have half decent support.
