For me was really important the quality of the stamped numbers... they are perfect! (Much much better than the poor quality jerseys from the nfl.eu shop)

Misleading pricing, low-quality packaging and stained products
I was really disappointed with my experience.
When I searched on the site, several items were shown with great discounted prices, so I added a shirt to my cart and checked out, assuming the offer was already included in the displayed price. Only after paying I realised that the discount only applied if you entered a promo code at the very end of checkout – but the site had shown the lower “offer” price the whole time. That felt very misleading.
I was so annoyed that I ordered the same shirt again using the promo code, which meant I ended up with two shirts: one at full price and one with the discount. My plan was to return the full-price one later.
When both shirts arrived, the packaging was very poor and both items had marks/stains on them. On top of that, the return process turned out to be complicated and expensive for me, so in the end I kept both shirts even though I wasn’t really happy with them.
Overall, the combination of confusing pricing, poor packaging, stained products and difficult returns means I would be very hesitant to order from this site again.

Wrong patch on signed collector’s jersey.
The signed collector’s jersey I received arrived with a different patch than what was described. While the communication with customer support was friendly, I had to explain the issue multiple times across three different teams and it took eight weeks for them to finally acknowledge the mistake. In the end they could only offer me a refund or a discount.
Overall, the experience was frustrating and far too time-consuming. Their customer support needs major improvement.

The size didn't fit, return too expensive
The size didn't fit me, but sending the hoodie back from Germany for 20$ is too expensive.
