I order 9 items of clothing which were automatically splint into 4 different packages arriving at different times. One of the packages was automatically returned and refunded without my knowledge. And one of the items never arrived.

Update Jan-25: no one from Fanatics has reached out regarding my ‚concerns‘…furthermore the package is still in Germany awaiting return to the UK i.e. still no refund after 4 weeks…what a way to treat customers…

Shipping costs for returns a rip off. Never again!
Shipping costs for returns are a rip off, 14,40 euro for a simple package with 1 shirt. You also have to pay for this shipment costs, prior to Fanatics processing your refund. Apparently this is part of their business model, to make money on your returns. Nice products but never again for me. Should have checked on Trust Pilot before.
