I didn't get my product as promised, although it was on my end I did reach out for a refund. The product was returned to the sender and I asked for a refund because of this. Although they responded with (one) email sent from an employee, they did not respond further. If they do in the future it's probably going to be weeks/months later. I want my $44 back please!

they seem to be censoring genuine, verified, negative reviews. i had a negative experience with two of their products and almost a week after submitting these reviews they still arent actually on the product page. they leave negative reviews up when they relate to something other than quality (ex: ‘the size runs large so 1 star’), as well as stupid sounding/stupidly written negative feedback, which reeks of strict info management meant to manipulate potential buyers.

my reviews were straightforward and clean so theres no legitimate reason why they shouldnt be on the site.

THIS IS A SCAM DON'T GIVE THESE PRICKS A DIME, THEY WON'T SHIP YOUR ORDER, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PACKAGE THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY

Paid for an order a week ago over $120 spent still have not received a response to the status of an order. This is the first experience I have ordering from this site fan gamer at this point I'm realizing this is a scam beware of this site hopefully I can update this review with a conclusion better to my experience. Sent a few emails over the week with no response took the money perfectly fine but then gone no response to an order that was placed shipping date nothing highly suspicious site

I personally don't see what all the fuss elsewhere is about. These guys are on top of everything! The quality is spectacular and from what I've seen, every time someone had an issue, Fangamer asked them to reach out so they can get the issue sorted! I love this company and hope they can keep doing what they do!

Ordered on December 10th
No item, the tracking doesn’t update, I emailed them multiple times- no response

Submitted a chargeback with my bank, which fan gamer have now disputed?? When they haven’t even sent the item or have the decency to reply when contacted. Now they are just delaying a refund.

Scammers and absolutely awful customer service. Trust all the other bad reviews and spend your money elsewhere.

They sent me a broken Vinyl. No customer service whatsoever. No way to return items. I suggest you never buy from this place

Company would not provide a return authorization despite multiple attempts to contact them.There is no other way to return items.

Update: I filed a chargeback with AmEx. Fangamer tried to dispute it by saying I hadn’t returned the items. My bank initially ruled in favor of them but I compiled extensive documentation showing they didn’t allow me to return, and now the bank has ruled in my favor. Awful that they have such bad business practices and then follow it up with more lies.

I ordered within the US, on 1/28/25 and received my order on 2/8/25. I ordered two books that were packaged so well that they arrived in pristine condition. This was my first order with Fangamer.com and I would definitely purchase from them again!

I placed an order and it was cancelled without reason, the payment was processed and I have not been refunded.

I had to realise this by entering the order on the page since they do not even notify you when they cancel the orders.

I purchased a couple of items over the 2024 Christmas break and it was generally a good experience.

There was a delay due to the amount of orders they had received during that period, but an automated email was sent out to notify people and keep them up to date with the situation.

Postage to the UK was relatively quick.

Overall, can't really complain. I would consider purchasing from Fangamer again.

they won't even ship your order, be careful!

No customer service, dollar store quality at collector prices. One of the plushies was even missing its limbs 🙄 Finally had to dispute though my card, no response to request for return refund until chargeback was filed, then I received a threatening email saying they’ll ban me from ordering in the future if I continue with the chargeback. I’m not sure what part of this process they thought would lead me to ever buy from them again? lol I forwarded that email to the dispute team too. Laughable at best.

I can see why they dont allow comments on their page. I ordered a $40.00 tshirt for xmas for my daughter, 2xlw for women. It literally is a very wide half shirt or a 15 year old. I emailed over and over and they wanted me to pay to have it shipped back and pay for shipping back to me. They DONT answer emails besides the standard computer generated responses and that is TWO WEEKS after you send them an email and have the nerve to tell you to respond to them quickly or they wont take it back for exchange. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE AWAY MONEY FOR POOR QUALITY PRODUCTS!!

Disappointing Experience with Fangamer

I ordered the game Faith from Fangamer, and while they were quick to take my money, their follow-through on customer service left much to be desired. My item was lost in transit with USPS, and instead of helping resolve the issue, they shifted the responsibility onto me. As the seller, it’s their job to handle claims with USPS since I don’t have the necessary information to file a claim myself.

Adding to my frustration, their listed phone number appears to be fake and routes to an unrelated auto-response system. It’s impossible to reach them for proper support.

I expected better accountability and customer service from a company like Fangamer. Until they address these issues, I would caution others about purchasing from them. If something goes wrong, you might end up stuck without your item or a proper resolution.

Order was made 3 weeks ago. No receipt was emailed. Reached out a week ago, ignored. I understand the Christmas rush, I understand busy customer service, but I draw the line with not even acknowledging the money that was sent. Am forcing a refund through the bank because it's the only action I can take that isn't ignored.

Ordered a gift December 26th. It was shipped on January 6th! I emailed them and they did not respond until the 6th, when they shipped it. Ridiculous. I need it for the 8th and obviously it’s not going to be here. Definitely won’t buy from here again.

Ordered a scarf for my daughter not even that long ago paying the free postage option due to total cost and taxes so knew it would arrive after Xmas. It’s only arrived 2 days before Xmas! Also contacted customer service before hand with a question and the response was pretty fast. I’m in the UK just to add, these guys don’t get the credit they deserve. The item I paid for is high quality and definitely worth the price and small wait and I highly recommend this company for gaming items! Thanks

I ordered on 12/1 and they had not processed the order 11 days later. There was no notice on the website they are lagging in processing orders. Instead of working with me they just canceled the order and completely ruined my son's Christmas wish list. Their customer service is horrible and they are an unreliable company that did nothing to solve their issue.

I was eagerly awaiting a restock of the MGS D-Dog Plushie from these guys. Sadly what I just received tonight via FedEx is pretty poorly made. Several loose threads and a couple loose stitches, his nose doesn't have enough stuffing so it looks like someone punched his muzzle in. His tongue is crooked. His right ear must've been cut wrong as it appears to be permanently misshapen. His eyepatch is sewn on crookedly so part of the scar of his missing eye peeks out. Worst of all he's quite hunched over to the point he looks less like a dog and more a lil old man with a failing back. It amazes me that this is a genuine article because honestly the bootlegs floating around on eBay etc look way better than what's on my shelf.

The other plushie I bought from these guys was great, *and* was also produced by Symbiote Studios for them like this D-Dog was...so I have no clue what went wrong.
