Ordered a Star Trek uniform which was pictured next to a photo of the screen character in the outfit, including the appropriate accessories. The costume arrived and was very nicely made. However, the accessories were NOTHING like the screen accessories. A paper badge (not even the colour was accurate), and rank pins which were, in fact, buttons that would have been better suited to a Grannies cardigan. They also were not even the correct colour. When you're paying over £100 for an outfit, advertised next to the screen accurate character, then that's what you rightly expect to receive. Such a pity that the company let themselves down in this way. Better to have NOT provided the accessories and state clearly that it doesn't come with them, than provide the ridiculous alternative. When the issue was raised with the company, they didn't want to know. Again, disappointing, as they had previously been helpful. They let themselves down, and they let me down. Buyer beware. You will have to spend additional time and money finding and purchasing screen accurate accessories if you don't have them already.

I have mixed feelings about the site, only gave one star because I want ppl to be aware of this. The clothes are what you see in pictures. They are well made and beautiful. The sizing is the problem and they will not make up for any mistakes that are theirs. This can mean very expensive mistakes and they are NOT accountable and eventually ignore your emails. I have made 2 big over US$ 600 orders now. First one things measured up far too small. The made to measure trousers were wrong colour and different material ( they did refund these as obvious mistake) to matching jacket. We at last moment had to go out and buy a new suit. One dress was so tight it was unwearable. Despite numerous photos, they would not have it that size wrong and insisted shearing at back made it stretch to fit. It doesnt work that way, but they cant be wrong. Despite being $100's down. I decided on another order as loved quality of clothes. Decided to pay for made to measure to avoid previous issues. Took over 3 months to get here. 5 weeks stuck in airport facility then made to measure dress far to big! I tried to pick a style with ribbons that pulled in to fit too. Photos obvious made to measure dress was miles to big. Same emails back and forth with no solution. Won't answer questions directly. Really frustrating.
Basically great fashion and quality but sizing a total problem. On fitted dresses this is a pain. Of the 2 made to measure things I paid extra for, not wearable. No come back if they get it wrong. Upsetting customer service if anything wrong.
However, I do want to say that if they fit the clothes are amazing. Well tailored and just like photos. It's just disappointing and zero comeback if they don't fit to the sizes advertised and both made to measure things HUGE and disappointing customer service.

I have several issues with this company. Number 1 there are no reviews that are legitimate to help with decision to order from them. Second, after making the decision to trust them with $235 for a costume, I noticed after doing some digging that their real address is in CHINA. On the website I used, they had an address in New Jersey, USA. Thirdly, I ordered my costume August 22, 2020, today is October 2, 2020. Not only have I NOT received the costume, when I look at my orders in my account it says “awaiting fulfillment”. Which to me means it’s not even made yet. Had I known this was coming from CHINA and not in my country I would have never ordered it. I’m pretty sure that’s why they use a fictitious US address. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND WEBSITE. THEY ARE NOT WHO THEY CLAIM. I don’t even know if they are real. I don’t know if I’ll ever see my costume or the $235 I just “donated” to them. I’m so sick of being taken advantage of by these false companies from CHINA on the internet!!!!

The website is SUPER slow to load, but the product is amazing! I am in Canada, and I received my order in four days. FOUR DAYS. All my Canadians know that online shopping usually takes weeks, so this was incredible. And the material and fit was perfect and great quality. There are even extra things like bows added into my order when it said it would include a vest and dress. They did not skip out on anything. Will definitely order again. Loved it.
