Everything just perfect.

I canceled my order because DNL asked for over £30 extra shipping to UK, on top of the £20 I had already paid for UPS shipping. The return process was long, and I had to remind myself more than once by writing to the support service. As a result, for an order that was placed on June 5, only today I received a refund. Thank you for this, of course it was a long time, but at least the money was returned in full

I can’t speak for other reviewers experience who have left a bad review, but personally for me I found the service, products and speed of delivery amazing, especially as it’s become more complicated ordering from abroad to the UK these days. I suspect some of the bad experiences may have happened during covid and the early days of post Brexit when it seemed every online company was struggling with delivery companies, volumes and nobody knowing the new rules. You do also have to do your own homework in the UK now, and keep your total order under £135 (including shipping costs) if you want to avoid extra customs charges etc - which I think many people don’t realise. I can’t get the products I found while in Italy in the UK, so I was glad to be able to get them here. The shipping cost is more expensive post Brexit, but the prices are pretty good so I don’t mind at all, and best of all I ordered super early in the morning and it was delivered the next day!! Amazing!! Looks like they have also switched to DHL (as it said UPS when ordering), which personally I prefer. I used to rate UPS but find them to be so unreliable these days, especially for international shipments. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Following my previous review, the worst experience ever. My order 133876 is still not refunded from the pharmacy, therefore they stopped replying to my emails! The order was sended back on 28.04.2023

The worst pharmacy! I ordered PRODUCTS FROM THEM one month ago and paid for delivery to UK £20. as soon as order arrived to UK i have been told to pay extra £40. I send several email to customer service but nobody bothered reply to me . Do not advise to anyone this company especially for client from UK

The worst pharmacy! I ordered a couple of products for my face and what they sent me was completely something else. They sent me a product for cats and dogs. Customer service said they would look into it but it has been more than week and i have tried to contact them many times. They don’t reply or give me an answer. The least they could do in this case is refund me or send me the right product but no. They took my money and disappeared. I will never buy from it again👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
