We always received the package.
Once the post office lost it, and we got our money back.

ordered Coriolus-MRL supplements from farmae.de and paid in full. The product was clearly listed as “in stock” with fast delivery promised within a few days to Germany. After payment, nothing happened – no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and the order status stayed stuck.
I contacted customer support multiple times via email and the contact form – zero response. No phone number works properly, and there’s no live chat or real help. Weeks passed, still no product and no refund. When I finally got some automated reply (after threatening chargeback), they claimed the item was “out of stock” – even though the website still shows it available for new orders!
This is classic bait-and-switch: they take your money, sell phantom stock, and ignore you until you give up or fight through your bank/PayPal.

I think this is a SCAM, they don't ship your product, their customer support doesn't respond to you, you don't manage to get in touch with anyone at this place. DON'T BUY HERE.

Scammy website, don't order from them.

This site is using scammy methods, they are selling out of stock products, but in the meantime, they force users to spend a minimal amount of money to place an order. Then, when they process your order, they ship it first then inform you that items are missing from it, meaning that you can't cancel an incomplete order. If you want to send them back the items, you have to pay the shipping fees.

All in all, horrible website, this shouldn't even be legal, don't ever order from them.

I ordered 4 pieces Euphrida Amido Mio for 31 euro. Products never arrived. Customer Care unavailable. No answers to different mails. Please abandon....Not serious

Good experience so far. I've been ordering many times here and I always receive my orders in a week or less. Keep up the good work!

I was worried placing my order reading all the poor reviews on trustpilot, but I went along anyway since the price was way less than any other online retailer. I got a confirmation email a few minutes after I placed my order and the products were delivered after 4 days! I have nothing to complain about!

I guess, maybe, they are not entirely bad? I mean, the product arrived in the end, after a complete mess with tracking and twice the time others take to deliver. But it came. So I guess... yay? I am thinking of govong them another chance, the next time I need the same product, but I am NOT going to recommend them, at least not just yet. If they do better, maybe I upgrade the review. If they mess up completely, I also expect to redo the review. It's just hard finding good businesses these days.

My order was cancelled 3 days after I ordered it.

I purchased 25 items at once from this site but when I opened the delivery I only found 24. I quickly emailed their customer service but no one ever got back to me, which is just awful. I would definitely not recommend anyone to shop here!

I ordered dr organic deodorant and some vitamins a month ago. After I paid for my order, I never received an order confirmation. After a week, still nothing: no order confirmation, no sending information, nothing... So I reached out to customer service about my order.

I emailed several times, never got a reply. It's now been over a month, I never received any response to any of my messages from Farmea. I have not received the products, but my money is gone.
