I ordered already several times the…
I ordered already several times the monge food. Although I asked DHL to deliver the parcel at my neighbour, I even phoned DHL and the delivery at my neighbour was confirmed, the parcel was sent back.
I will try to order again and hope that DHL will not the corresponding service in Germany again.

bad experience
For the past week I’ve been trying to reach someone at the customer service and no response.
Paid for my order a week ago, got a confirmation but still haven’t received any email with the status of my order and no information about my order on my account at Farmae.
Tried sending messages in Italian but also got ignored.
Do not recommend Farmae.

I made an order 1 week ago, the tracking number is invalid, no phone number valid and now been sending an email and waiting. Been ordering medicine for almost 100 e, more exactly 97.63. Tracking number was not working from the day I received the email, showing eror 404, same issue like now. Hope to receive an answer to my email. Keep you updated

I order 3 products and only received one of them. In the invoice tracking the package it said that the full three products will be delivered. I did NOT received a refund either on the 2 products I didn't received.
I have reached out to customer service on multiple occasions and haven't received an answer.
I DO NOT recommend buying from this website, please avoid it at all costs.
