Ho fatto un ordine principalmente per un articolo che cercavo da un po' di tempo e ne ho aggiunti altri due per non pagare le spese di spedizione.
L'articolo che volevo principalmente è risultato in un secondo momento non disponibile.
Ho cercato di annullare il tutto, ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta né per email né per telefono.
Hanno risposto alla mail solo all'indomani per dirmi che l'ordine era già partito.
Mi è stato detto che posso procedere all'annullamento e al rimborso dopo aver rifiutato la consegna. Cosa che ho fatto, ma non trovo giusto che debba attendere che il pacco venga riconsegnato al mittente. Innanzitutto avevo chiesto di annullarlo subito appena ho saputo che mancava l'articolo, secondo le spedizioni per il rientro non sono dipendenti da me, ma dal corriere.
Infine, nonostante l'articolo risulta non disponibile in un secondo momento, a distanza di quasi una settimana dall'ordine, l'articolo risulta sempre disponibile nella pagina del loro sito.

I placed an order mainly for an item that I had been looking for for some time and I added two more to avoid paying shipping costs.
The item I mainly wanted later turned out to be unavailable.
I tried to cancel everything, but I didn't get any response either by email or by phone.
They responded to the email only the next day to tell me that the order had already left.
I was told that I can cancel and receive refund after refusing the delivery. Which I did, but I don't think it's right that I have to wait for the package to be returned to the sender. First of all, I asked to cancel it immediately as soon as I learned that the item was not available, secondly the return shipments are not dependent on me, but on the courier.
Finally, although the item is not available at a later time, almost a week after the order, the item is still available on their website page.

Siamo molto spiacenti per il disservizio verificatosi e per il disagio arrecatole, faremo il possibile per migliorare il servizio offerto al fine di evitare il ripetersi di questa spiacevole situazione in futuro.
I nostri ordini vengono allestiti e spediti nelle 48 ore lavorative. Entro tali tempistiche vengono riassortiti i prodotti non disponibili subito a magazzino, purtroppo può capitare che ci siano delle mancanze da parte delle aziende produttrice , ma sono dei casi sporadici.
Ci scusiamo ancora per per il disagio arrecato,
