Pedido #828463. Made an order online on 4th of March. Unfortunately up to now no any response with shipping details (tracking no, ets). No any reply on emails which were passed to company. Do not recommend this so-named farma/seller.

Made an order on Jan 28, not received my order nor got any reply by phone nor email

I ordered on 29 decemeber, today is the 27 of January 2026, still no order, no tracking number and no refund. I sent them literally more than 50 emails, no response whatsoever! Can anybody tell me how to deal with this please?

I haven't received order placed 2 weeks ago.
No tracking number, no confirmation, no answer for the phone calls.

UPD: After contacting Farmacia Farmaferoles via a Google review, they reached out to me the same day and dispatched my order. For anyone facing delays, I highly recommend doing the same.

Never received the order :(((

Order paid for and acknowledged but never received. They stopped responding to my emails and I had to claim a refund from my credit card. Do not buy anything from this company!

Thank you for fast delivery. Ordered and received in the same week. All packed accordingly. Maybe there are many negative reviews because the platform has a poor UX experience, also login flow is working bad (registered as new user, received mails about order, but can't log in into my account, error says `no user with this mail is registred`). My advice is to invest more in developer team :) thank you again and best of luck

The product is exactly what I ordered and arrived earlier than expected.The price was very reasonable too. Very recommendable. El producto es justo lo que pedí y llegó más pronto de lo esperado. El precio era muy razonable. Muy recomendable.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this pharmacy. I placed an order on April 6th and received a message the next day saying the items were ready and would be delivered in a few days. It has now been more than two weeks – no delivery, no response to emails, and no way to contact them. I ended up ordering the same products from another pharmacy and now I just want my money back. This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

No goods, no refund, no answers to mails - no respect for customer.

I do not understand WHY SPANISH POLICE doesn't put them into jail ! Farmaferoles grabs our money and doesn't deliver the goods.
I wrote to the police in Spain but....nothing happened.

They don't reply to emails, don't answer phone calls, there's no way to contact FarmaFeroles to inquire about the order you've paid and never arrives or arrives over a month later (from Burgos to Barcelona, about 6-hr drive) when you're about to go report the fraud.

TRADUCCIÓN: No responden emails, no contestan las llamadas, no hay forma de contactar con Farmaferoles para preguntar por el pedido que has pagado y nunca llega, o llega con más de un mes de retraso (de Burgos a Barcelona, a unas 6 horas en coche) cuando estás a punto de ir a denunciar el fraude.

Farmaferoles is a fraudulent company. I placed an order on 11-29-2024 which hasn't arrived (1-28-2025). I asked for a refund, but they haven't done it.

Bought an Oral-B toothbrush at 8 December. It was delivered to me at 26 of December with a small bonus.

Bad reviews on here but apart from arriving late. Just what I ordered. Thank you very much for my package, it's just what I ordered and a great price. I'll put something on Trustpilot.

Paid in full, nothing received, no response to my emails, can't get through on the phone. As others have said, it is a scam!

100% SCAM!!!!
Placed an order with them 2 months ago they said there was no available stock of what I ordered.
They would send me my money back.... still pending receiving my money or package after various emails daily over the last couple of months.

DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THEM!!
