Out of date products together with slow service, will NOT be ordering again. 3 x bags of Betty Miller Charcoal Bones all with best before date of 08/04/2021.

Have been using Farm and Pet Place for their own dog food for a couple of years. Excellent food and price. Arrives promptly and hassle free. Very satisfied with their service.

First time buyer, came here as they offered what I wanted at the same price as another retailer but had free delivery! I ordered and less than 48 hours later it was at my front door - very pleased over all and would not hesitate to shop with them again!

Poor customer service! They don’t know how to handle a simple request over the phone. Everything seems to be a hassle. Mistaken delivery! No apologies! No compensation! And only more delays!

Web manager totally unprofessional and seems doesn’t care about what you want to asked about your order.

Twice I ordered first time the order was delayed so when I called to chase up there was items not in stock so was holding order up so asked for refund and took many phone calls, second time (silly me) order due on the Tuesday didn’t arrive then by Thursday I track on dpd and it says item going back so I ring again to be told the items were broken so I ask for a refund from Claire Williams and stressed last time I had to chase she assured me it was done there and then and would take 3-5 days, week later no refund so I chase again and asked why not done only to be told I don’t know you’d have to speak to Claire! Still no refund, I will take this further if I have to and hasten to add I will never use this company again

Ordered quail food on the Friday, expected to receive it on the Monday. It arrived that weekend. Very impressed with how fast they must have posted out. It arrived well packaged in a sturdy box with recyclable padding. Food was best price I could find for that product. And they had it in stock! Other stores were awaiting stock and charging more + more expensive postage too! All round perfect experience.

The two stars are for the two orders that went through smoothly, but my last (never again) order was a joke.
I accept that the current situation has caused delays for some companies, what I don't accept is being told my order will 'be sent out early next week' (after a delay) and then hearing nothing at all. So much nothing, in fact, that I had to open a PayPal dispute - which, unsurprisingly, did illicit a response. Requested refund - again - and again heard nothing.
PayPal found in my favour and refunded. Never heard a word from Farm & Pet.

People need to be patient they will get our orders.give the staff a chance their is alot of us customers.great customer service great prices im happy with them.they let me know whats happening thats whats matters.use a bit of empathy people people are ill or dying.some of customers are ordering at same time so it must be hard for them so give them a chance.god bless be safe to all.brill shop xxx

Used for the first time recently to purchase wood burning stove supplies. Products were a good price and quick delivery by DPD tracked delivery service. Would recommend.

Absolutely brilliant service. I always buy my chicken feed/bedding/treats from here. They have a great range of products, very well priced, and always very quick delivery. Are very easy to get ahold of if you have any questions at all. Highly recommend.

I have ordered my hoses feed from Farm and Pet and after they send me wrong feed, I got first one for free and they send me proper one super quick. Extra fast delivery and super nice contact via Facebook.

The quality of peanuts for wild birds is totally amazing. There is even a 'best before date'. I will never buy peanuts or bird seed from anyone else.

Ordered some rabbit food and came across Farm and Pet Place supplying it cheaper, not only cheaper but postage and packaging also much more affordable. Seems very good to me and will use again.
