Enough is enough...

I’ve been a loyal Farmgirl Flowers customer for years and have placed 18+ orders for various occasions. Unfortunately, the quality has become increasingly inconsistent. This is the second year in a row that birthday flowers sent to my sister arrived in poor condition and required follow-up.

I provided photos at delivery and again after the flowers were trimmed, watered, and given time to recover, but they looked worse after 24 hours. Given the premium price point, the quality is too unpredictable for me to continue ordering.

Do not use Farmgirl Flowers!

These guys used to be reliable but are now a disaster. I received flowers as a bday gift. Box contained sad, wilted and broken stems. Customer service offered to send a new arrangement which arrived today. Same deal. After spending some time trying to figure out if any of the stems could be salvaged I gave up and they all went straight into the trash. Absurd. Better to call a local florist to hand deliver an arrangement. Probably more affordable and definitely more reliable.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Farmgirl Flowers. I spent $168 on flowers for my mom’s 80th birthday, and they arrived visibly wilted. This was supposed to be a special milestone, and instead it was embarrassing and upsetting.
Customer service was a complete joke. Even after providing clear photos showing the wilted flowers, they kept asking for *more* pictures, dragging the process out instead of taking responsibility. Every response came with an excuse, and in the end, they refused to replace the flowers, despite clear proof they were not delivered in acceptable condition.
I initially tried this company to see if I could use them for gifting to clients across two different businesses. After this experience, I absolutely will not be using them. For a company that positions itself as premium, the quality and customer service fell far short.
It’s truly sad—and disappointing—that this is how they handle something meant to celebrate such a significant life moment.

NO SHOW FLOWERS...AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I ordered flowers for a friend that was ill. Timeliness of the flowers was very important. The flowers did not arrive on the day they were expected and it's now going on 2+ days of a delay and they are still tracking being in another state. At this point, by the time they arrive they will be in poor shape. This is a good concept, unfortunately, very poor execution.

Do not purchase from this company…

Purchased a nice plant arrangement from Farmgirl Flowers for my mother. The package arrived almost 2 weeks late and wilted. For the price point of these products, the customer experience is less than optimal. No communication, no explanation , and no refunds. Little did I know until after some
research, that this is a trend for this company. This was my first purchase with Farmgirl Flowers and will most certainly be my last…..and will definitely discourage any friends/family to stay away from this company.

I've been a Farm Girl Flowers customer…

I've been a Farm Girl Flowers customer for 7 years... never again will I order from them. The flowers are now 3 days late and won't be delivered for at least 2 more according to the delivery service. I can imagine the poor condition they will be in when (or IF) they even arrive. When I reached out to FGF and all I got was a bot response from "Marie, a virtual, AI-enabled agent" admonishing me for not spending the extra money on "route protection". There have been 3 "agent" responses and no solution provided so far. Interesting to see that many of the 2025 experiences for others have been the same. Terrible.

A Genuine Commitment to Quality

Morrisons impressed me with how much food they prepare directly in their own stores. The selection is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and skilled. Whether grabbing baked goods, fresh produce, or meat, I always feel confident I’m getting top-notch ingredients. They truly set the bar for what a grocery shopping experience should be.

Decade long customer now gone.

I’ve used this service for over a decade and they lost my business. Every time I’ve sent flowers over the past year they seem to be delayed even when one would like an arrangement delivered on a specific date. For example, I wanted to send my mom flowers on her anniversary since my father had passed. They didn’t arrive on time and when I wrote the organization, I got an AI Chatbot response. Use one of the thousand of other flower organizations out there. They no longer care about their customers at Farm Girl Flowers, sadly.

No Longer the quality they used to have. Something has changed !

I have both sent and received flowers with Farm girls and have loved their uniqueness. however, something has changed. I sent flowers for the death of my brother. They were a day late and when received, the flowers were horrible- wilted and brown. We asked for immediate redelivery, and they could not do next day but day after. I asked for a discount in light of this and they waived shipping. The second bouquet was worse than the first. Because i have loved them, I was honest and said, please extend a 50% discount on a future bouquet and I will try you again. I have not heard from them. Something has changed with them. This is my 3rd experience like this in 6 months. You might want to reconsider.

Delivered dry dead and late

Delivered dry dead and late. They have a habit of sending out one-sided arrangements who puts one-sided arrangements up against a wall in their house. That's really odd. I would prefer around design, but they don't have those, but the condition was bad very bad and they easily offered me more so I think they're used to that

Very different from photos

I understand that shipping flowers 2 states over is difficult. And keeping flowers, notoriously fickly things, in perfect shape is nigh on impossible. But the actual flowers I received were pretty pathetic compared to the sample photo. And despite following the rehydration protocol perfectly, they didn't really improve all that much. For a nearly $200 arrangement, I expected more.

Mediocre at best

I ordered a medium bouquet from farmgirl Flowers and what arrived was an embarrassingly tiny arrangement that looked nothing like the lush, full bouquet shown online. To make matters worse, I paid an extra $25 for a vase that was not even included in the delivery.

For the price, this experience feels like a bait-and-switch. The photos on their website are completely misleading — what you see is not what you get. I could have bought something twice the size for half the cost at a grocery store.

I reached out to customer service and am still waiting for a resolution. This was meant to be a thoughtful gift, but it ended up being a major disappointment.

Save your money and order elsewhere.

Maybe do better?

I loved my first farm girl experience. Since then I’ve been sent a half dead bouquet that had to be replaced, another bouquet that didn’t come on Mother’s Day and had to be switched out for other flowers and a bouquet that looked so much lamer than the pic. I was gonna try and use it as a wedding bouquet and couldn’t. The roses also were wilted within a day. Just sad cause they look so nice in the pics.

Don't Waste Your Time

I ordered the Harvest Swoon arrangement for a sick friend. She sent me a picture of what she received & I was disappointed by what was delivered. There was a huge difference between the website photo & she received. The arrangement on the website was full & beautiful. What my friend received was anemic & had less flowers. There were no roses. You just lost a potential return customer.

There’s better options out there

I wanted to try a new florist for my wife’s birthday. I ordered a few days ahead to ensure I would receive on time. Website and flower images were very beautiful and sold me on spending more than usual. Flowers were shipped from CA to NJ via ups. Shipping was delayed one day and I received the evening after my wife’s birthday. I quickly ran out to get backup flowers for her party. The box from ups arrived very warm. In short the flowers were wilting from their extended travels and never recovered and all died shortly after. I contacted customer service twice and no one has gotten back to me to help resolve - refund or credit for a future order would have been nice. But not a peep. Taking my business and recommendations elsewhere. There are better places out there for the price point and especially better customer service experiences.
