My husband ordered me flowers from Farmgirl for Mother’s Day and they arrived DAYS late and completely dead. He sent a complaint and was offered only a shipping credit. No compensation for the DEAD flowers! This is absolutely unacceptable and I don’t even know how it is legal. We paid over $100 for a product that went straight in the trash. On top of all of this, I have called many times and nobody EVER picks up the phone. Horrible company. STAY AWAY!!

Never received the flowers my kids ordered for both Mother's Day and my birthday. Webpage says they “were lost”. I stayed home all day Saturday and Sunday waiting for the delivery. My kids were upset and I was super disappointed and ticked I stayed at home waiting for delivery.

Horrible. The flowers were wilted and dead. Nothing like the photo. Way smaller than what I ordered. Customer service won’t respond. I used to order from here and the quality was amazing but the last two years it’s gone downhill

Ordered flowers for my mother in law from farm girl to be delivered today. Just got an email saying they think the flowers are lost and they don’t know where it is. They said they will do their best to deliver the flowers on Tuesday.. TOMORROW IS MOTHER’S DAY! WHAT’S THE POINT ON PAYING EXTRA AND HAVING THE FLOWERS DELIVERED ON TUESDAY. SMH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NEVER ORDER HERE EVER AGAIN!

Ordered an XL bundle of flowers and it was about half of the size of the picture with very little flowers, more greens than flowers - not happy with this for the price

Worst flowers I’ve ever seen. What petals didn’t come off in the box, fell on the floor. Total disgrace for expensive flowers.
If you can’t get it right on Mother’s Day, you shouldn’t be in the flower business!

I bought my daughter this arrangement last and were stunning and we were able to enjoy them for a few weeks ( we were thrilled). This years hydrangeas were not as wonderful and did not last nearly as long( less than 5 days). This was not the quality we have become used to with farm girl.

If you are looking for a bouquet to delight your recipient, Farmgirl flowers needs to be a contact in your phone. Each one I have sent or received has been a natural beauty. Whimsical and organic in design, they are so different from what is offered elsewhere. It is as though you picked them yourself from an English country garden. Delight yourself or someone you love. You will not be disappointed!

I have used FGF many times and have been really happy with the company and their flowers. I have recommended FGF to many of my friends. I work at a floral design store that does not send flowers out of our area or that participates with Teleflora. I have directed many of our clients to FGF’s website.
However, on this occasion, I sent my 94 year old mother flowers and my mother in law as well. My mother is still waiting for her Easter flowers. I emailed customer service on Friday and left a phone message on Saturday during their contact hours. There has not been a reply. When I look up the tracking, it says that it still is in transit.
I understand delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to receive a text or email to let me know.

Beautiful flower arrangement

After finding them in Instagram I like the bouquets they showed and decided to order from them for birthday gifts. All I experience is consistent delivery issues, when I call the customer service line, they are not helpful offer suggestions, they just tell me I can order another bouquet and have it delivered.

I’ve used Farmgirl flowers for 3 bouquet's deliveries and only 1 out of those 3 arrived on time as expected.

Delivery via UPS delayed, two different Birthday gifts. The gifts arrived after the date requested.
They blame UPS. I blame them for not realizing the addresses were relatively rural and needed to ship from their base a day earlier than usual. No more gifts from me from them.

I’ve used FGF a couple times before and expectations were certainly met. They were beautiful. However, my latest order is a significant disappointment. The bouquet was significantly smaller, the outside petals of the roses were brown, and even the greenery was disappointing. I wish I could post the pictures for confirmation.
It seems the allure of FGF’s is gone for me. Very disappointed.

I am grateful for both the customer service and beautiful options to select from! I will DEFINITELY use Garmfirl in the future!

Easy website to navigate, flowers arrived on time and absolutely beautiful arrangement. I sent these as a gift for my sisters’s birthday. I have never used Farmgirl Flowers before but now I’m a fan! Great job! I will use you all again!

The flowers looked absolutely nothing like the arrangement in the picture and also looked as if they have been picked days ahead of time. For the amount of money spent, this was a terrible arrangement. I will not be ordering from them again.

Awful!! Product ordered looked nothing like what was ordered!!!! Save your money and time and skip this company when ordering flower.
