I have been visiting the shop now for some time on a regular basis and both Greg and Hannah are fabulous and so helpful - the hampers with different biscuits are amazing and make amazing gifts - if you haven’t yet visited this factory shop it’s a must
Was gifted these ginger rounds to try and they are the most awful texture and tasting biscuits I ve ever tasted. Have left an awful after taste in my mouth and have made me very very thirsty .
Ate just two ginger rounds which I don’t think is an excessive amount. Spent from midnight till 4am in toilet with outstanding diarrhoea. Not much taste to the biscuits and apart from the possibility of using them for weight loss never ever again. 10am and I am still recovering
Have been gifted several varieties of these biscuits by a well meaning relative, none of which have impressed. They are lacklustre and have odd, indecipherable flavours that aren't what it says in the tin. I can only liken them to someone's failed first attempt at making biscuits.
I bought the dark chocolate shortbread biscuits from a garden centre that's also sold various biscuits, confectionery and chocolate. These looked nice, however we were both disappointed as we love shortbread and chocolate and these should have been a winner. I looked at the ingredients and spotted they have VEGAN so no butter in them, which explains why they were tasteless and dissapointing.
We couldn't finish them and eventually binned them.
