Hi Jan, We can see your order was delivered on the 1/3/2023, as your order was delivered in the end the claim was never approved, sadly courier delays are outside of our control, as you can see the order has been tracked to delivered. https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/LE413320066GB sadly we would of assumed as you received the item you would of known the claim would not be approved by the courier

You can only receive emails from us if you subscribe either directly by providing your email address as a subscriber or by not unselecting the receive marketing options when checking out, we are unable to email non subscribers, the link for unsubscribing was at the bottom of every email we send, sometimes due tothe length of emails some devices clip the email content but we can assure you the link was there you just didnt look for it hard enough, you emailed our admin to ask to be manually unsubscribed and you were unsubscribed right away sadly you may still receive that days emails as they had already been sent out before your request to be manually removed, rest assured you will not receive anymore emails from us and in future please only subscribe to mailing lists where you would like to receive emails...

Hi Hannah, Thank you for your review, we are sorry you feel disappointed in our service, we can confirm the difference between the items you mentioned was only that the one ordered was only 52cc engine which was no longer available from the manufacturer as the manufacturer is moving away from petrol based blowers to electric so we could only get a 75cc version of the blower which is very much the same blower only slightly more powerful as the engine size would suggest but as it was a more powerful blower it would be more expensive, so we informed you of what we could offer and as you did not wish to take the offer we cancelled and refunded the order back to you without further delays. To hopefully make it up to you we did offer you a discount on any future order with us, just contact us before ordering to get the discount code.

Hi Sean, Thank you for your review, we are sorry the part you needed was no longer available from our supplier, sadly this happens from time to time due to not having our supplier stock synced with our website and for AGCO stock this is sadly outside of our control currently but we had informed you of this issue once we realised the part could not be ordered from AGCO right away and refunded the order back to you without delay, we still do not wish you to feel disappointed in our services so please contact us before any future order and we will make sure there are no stock issues and the part is available to order and we will provide you with a discount code for a discount on your next order. Hope this will help make you feel better about our supplier not being able to get us the part you needed for your tractor.

Hi Martin, We are sorry you feel let down by our service, we sadly do not have any emails from you in our inbox - please check that you have emailed info@farmingparts.com - We can confirm we have received your order but have had to place the order on hold while we wait for the part you have ordered arriving from our supplier. Courier delays due to postal strike in the UK will be causing some delays with getting our stock delivery but rest assured we are doing everything we can to get the part you ordered dispatched to you without further delays, if you no longer want the part from us we can cancel and refund the order back to you without delay.
