Been getting my hair cut at farouche salons for a couple decades. I'd highly recommend them. I have long bushy curly hair and it's difficult to find some one who knows how to cut this type of hair. For years I stumbled around trying to find a stylist that could cut hair like mine. I'd end up at cheap salons where they'd just butcher it. I'd often go years between cuts because they'd just end up being a bad hair day at cheap salons. Someone suggested farouche salon and I tried them. Their prices have slowly increased over the years but I'll pay a little more for a decent cut instead of fighting with bad hair days.
I'd highly recommend them. Some of their stylists book a month or two out depending upon your availability but once you get on their calendar you can keep the cycle going and be guaranteed to get a cut. They don't allow walk in's but you can happily request a last minute appointment and they'll squeeze you in with whom ever has an opening. I'd love to tip them but they don't accept tips due to how their pay system works.
