Excellent quality

The quality of the product (a glass tankard with pewter base) was excellent and delivery very prompt. And an extremely easy process to order the engraving.

Good quick delivery

Good quick delivery, product lovely but packaging could be improved. It’s a gift and the box was squashed due to it just being put in a soft delivery envelope/box thing.

Trustworthy company based in England!

I have ordered many things from this company and their service is excellent - personalised items are engraved beautifully and delivery is prompt. On the one occasion I had cause to speak to customer service they were very helpful and resolved my issue, definitely 5 stars! My niece was thrilled with her personalised Champagne box
