We can't say enough how thrilled we are with our recent Luxury Vinyl Tlle and carpet purchase and installation! We had the most amazing salesperson, Linny, who was a pleasure to work with, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the numerous selections. We were to take samples home, and given more than enough time to decide on our choice. We had an amazing team to install our flooring, which entailed the whole house, so it was a huge project! Extremely professional, and precise at their craft! Would recommend Fashion Floors Carpet One hands down!

I went in with only an vague idea of what kind of flooring I was looking for. I worked with Linny and she did a fantastic job of helping me not only select a great quality type of vinyl flooring, but also a style/color I couldn't be happier with. She asked a number of questions to make sure I was getting the right product for my needs. Full disclosure, the color she thought would work best for me turned out to be just that. All in all a great experience and they will be at the top of my list for any future flooring needs.

I will admit, I was a bit overwhelmed when I walked in and saw all of my flooring options. I, however, was impressed when our sales girl, Rachel, tried to ease my (apparently obvious) worries. She asked me some questions and then showed me a few different product lines. I had thought about laminate or wood, and she told me about the new luxury vinyl with cork backings that are waterproof. I was surprised when she let me take the samples home for free (something another store did not do) and I got to take the large pieces home to see them in my house! I had her come out to measure (which she did for free too!) and she brought the samples back to the store for me. When Rachel got me my quote, it was very reasonable and fair. I liked that she included all of the extra things I had not thought of (areas where my floor would meet another type and need trim, my baseboards, etc) and that there wouldn't be any surprises at the end. When Pete, the installer showed up, he removed my old carpet and installed my floor in one day! Imagine my surprise when a bottle of cleaner was left on my counter with a nice note attached! He even took my old flooring with him to throw away at the store. Once the job was finished, Rachel called to make sure everything went well. I let her know that it had, and that I'd be in to pay. Her office lady was very friendly when I asked my balance and she wrote me up my receipt for my check. I would recommend Rachel & Pete to anyone looking for new flooring. I was happy from start to finish.
