Ordered a jumper on 8th November and still not received. Have tried to contact them and no reply, even suggesting a refund....NOTHING... this is a scam so need to make sure everyone is aware.

I am not rating this company, they are indeed using false trust pilot reviews on their website. I was fooled into ordering a dress. On the website it portrays its self as London based. It’s Chinese main land. The dress arrived the items only similarity is the colour. A badly made item in a synthetic fabric. I’m usually careful to look where the company is based. A very slick website. Avoid like the plague. No returns as the phone number tells you to expect to wait at least 30 mins on a premium number. Still waiting for a returns address via E-mail 😬

This is a scam. Don’t buy anything from them. I have been waiting for delivery for over a month. The link I used to track doesn’t work anymore.

This product arrived later than expected and was not at all as described or pictured. It is of very poor quality and mass produced in China. It is certainly shipped from China. I normally take a medium in these styles but went down a size as a review had described them as large - the item received could have been extra large, I would not know as the item had neither labels not sizing labels but has proved unwearable and is a very unattractive colour red. All the products shown on the website appear to have a slight shimmer. Instead, the yarn used is matt, dull and cheap. FashionVibe's information page on their website leads one to believe it is a British company. It isn't and this is truly a case of buyer beware.

I have no idea how they are allowed to trade . Emails they don’t respond . Contact on website , nobody gets back to you . Phone number that’s a joke just cuts of after three rings . The product I received was cheap and cost nearly £50 wasn’t worth £10 . Avoid at all costs

Same company as Suava London. Stay away. They are a total scam and will not deliver what you order..and you can’t return it in time as return address is in China. Completely misleading adverts.

AVOID FASHIONVIBE!!! I only wish I’d read the reviews before ordering from them.
My order was a lovely looking, good quality purple jumper, what I received was nothing but cheap trash! Looked NOTHING like the one advertised, no label on it whatsoever, £28.45 down the drain!
I requested a refund, they responded by saying I had to return to China! At my cost, despite return address being in the West Midlands!. I demanded a refund again, to which they ignored. NEVER USE THEM! Companies like this should be shut down,false advertising . Reporting to Trading Standards😡.

I bought a dress recently & the quality is very poor. I emailed them asking for a returns address & as yet no reply. Their phone number, +33786935363, doesn't exist. Does anyone have the correct number & email? They should be reported as a scam.

The dress that came is nothing like the one I ordered. I stupidly believed all the good reviews.
The dress was beautiful and for my wedding. What came is not nice. It’s now too late to order anything else. I’m devastated and my day is ruined.
I’ve messaged them, and will update if I get a response.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The dresses I received were of poor quality and did not match the descriptions or images on the website. However, the most frustrating part was their refusal to accept returns or provide refunds. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I was met with unhelpful customer service and no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Be cautious!

This company on the website had written based on 16778 people reviews 5 stars on Trustpilot.com . That is not true , that company is not exist its scam and fraudulent .
