I ordered items for holiday and paid extra to get next day delivery and it’s been a nightmare! They bought the parcel then said they can’t deliver it, it has been rescheduled and now won’t come until I’m on holiday and the items that did actually come there was an expensive item missing that was showing as delivered on the app and when I tried to speak to someone I was number 100 in the queue.
