Concern in Quality and Return Policy
Unfortunately, I have to admit that the quality of the t-shirts i have ordered isn't very good. I think the Instagram pictures give a misleading impression. Another point of criticism isn't about the product itself, but about the returns policy. Unfortunately, the shop doesn't offer free returns, and since you'd have to send it back to China, they explicitly advise against returning it. Instead, you get a partial refund and can keep the item, which I find very accommodating, but it's not a good long-term solution. Since the support team was very helpful, I'm a little sorry to be so critical, but it's important to address these points so that others can be confident in their purchase.

it arrived on time, as promised. It wasnt ripped or anything like that. It was packaged quite well. The products are exactly like in the pictures online. I think it is a great site for shopping, bit expensive but wort it, i will definetly be ordering more soon.

Disgrace!
I waited 32 days only to check the shipment status via tracking and see that the item had been returned to factory. I was not informed of these developments by Fashioze through email or any other contact method its sad because I cannot find the products I bought anywhere else. Really let down by this.

Wonderful customer service. I ordered the wrong size on a hoodie. And asked if I could exchange it, but they offered to let me keep it and just pay the shipping costs for a new sized one. I have never had a company be so generous before
