Awful excuse for a taxi company. We prebooked two cars for a special event. Not one arrived and no one answered the phone! We were late for the event and then get sent a cancellation text. Worst company EVER and should never be allowed to advertise, let alone trade!

Booked taxi online and arrived at pick up point 10 mins early. When no cab arrived called office to be told by dispatcher that driver had arrived early, waited until pick up time then left. When I disputed was told not to be rude. When driver did arrive told us that they did arrive early but had been sent on a "local" job 5 mins before our pick up time...not to be trusted!

Went into the office to book an early morning cab the week before my long-awaited hospital appointment. Trainee staff member took the booking under the supervision of more experienced employee. So 2 staff aware of the booking, 10 minutes after the car was supposed to have arrived I rang the office, was told it was on its way, although she didn't sound confident. 15 mins later I have 5 minutes to get to the hospital, or risk missing my surgery, so I called again only to be told they had no cars. Living 3mins walk from the office I walked there, gave them merry hell & so they called Hawk Express! I could have done this myself, if they'd been honest in my first call.
No offer of them paying for new cab as compensation, or any other offer made.
Won't bother with them again.

I used the Fast Cabs Ipswich Android app and tried to order a cab from Ipswich to Stansted Airport. The app said No Cabs Available, I tried again with same result.

I then found 2 charges on my credit card totalling almost GBP200. I emailed twice and called twice, but the office was completely unhelpful and fobbed me off every time by call (and ignored emails).

Bottom line, I'm left with long phone calls and paperwork with my bank to dispute these transactions.
