I had a Dexcom 7 transmitter was told they would take it send me $75. I sent it to them an unopened, clean outside box. I got an email telling me they wouldn't be sending me money because the outside box had a ink spot on it. That was a lie. I asked for the transmitter be sent back to me. I haven't heard back from them it been over a month. I will never ever do business with them. Thieves and liars.

They are robbers and thieves. They steal from you, tell you your boxes are damaged when you know for a fact not one is damaged or stained, and they keep the product and resell it. I, too, take pictures when they are packed. They are the lost of the low....do not deal with them, don't waste your time, they have done this twice to me, they won't be allowed to do it again. I will be sending a complaint to BBB and anyone else who will listen. Thieves is all I can say, and scammers lowest of the low

They will purposely damage your products no matter how well you package them. They have ripped me off 2x already

I have been selling test strips for several years and only used Fast Cash Strips because I had few issues until today. I ALWAYS take pics of what I’m selling and package them with tissue paper to avoid any damage from the USPS. I sent a box that contained five boxes of strips. I photograph each box, serial number and expiration date as I am aware these guys as well as others look for reasons to reject stuff that they then refuse to pay for and they probably turn around and sell them anyway. They shorted me $50 for two boxes and a bonus code. Problems with these thieves started about a year ago and finally showed their BS today. They will steal your strips to keep from paying you and won’t return what they claim as damage. They unpack and touch what you are selling without gloves which can cause damages then they blame you or the post office. Other companies are available so save yourself headaches and worry from this den of thieves. Find yourself a company that is honest and pays what they owe. Run from Fast Cash Strips before the Arizona Attorney General's Office shuts them down or sends them to jail.

Found several reasons not to pay the promised price. BEWARE. They might have dinged them themselves as I sent them in a sturdy box with bubble wrap. Failed to pay me for a $60 item due to a tiny spot that wasn't there when I sent the items. Will NOT be using this company again. Rip off!!

I sent 300 strips to them. Some how the box got wet. Now their saying 2 of the boxes were messed up and won't give me my payment for two of them. How is that my fault? Now I'm only getting $32 instead of $96. This is not fair? So what do they do with the 2 that they claimed were messed up? I feel like I was robbed. Never will I do business with them again.

They are a scam. Never in my life will I ever deal with them. Will find any excuse not to pay you. Don’t send your meds to them.

Twice i have sent this company products and twice they have said boxes were stained that were not stained when they left. First time the box had blood stains on it. This time there was a tiny scratch on the box and in both cases they were in perfect condition when they left. They do everything they can to not send you what you need. Filing a BBB Report.

Do not use FAST CASH STRIPS. I have been selling supplies for years and have used a couple different companies, and have never had an issue before. I sent in an order of over 320.00 to fast cash strips. They came right from the pharmacy bags to the box to be shipped in. Packed
around them with shipping padding. When they received them they only paid me 105.00, saying that boxes were damaged. I replied to them to complain as they were in perfect condition, but they never responded. I am sure they are using and selling all if the supplies I sent them. They are a Rip Off.

These people are crooks. They will deduct money even though I double box and package every thing with padding. Happens on almost every shipment. Not dealing with them again.

Still not resolved. I have proof the photos they sent to claim damage were from two different orders; just view the EXIF data on the photos. Plus, I got some random persons prescription information as they take a photo of your box but send the "damaged" contents from someone else.

I sent them strips straight from the pharmacy. They were triple checked by me and sent to them with the utmost care. They send me pictures of them being stained. They were not stained. Do not sell your strips to these people. They will definitely rip you off. I am not happy and I so wish I had never dealt with them. Go elsewhere to sell your strips. They have ripped me off and I dont appreciate them whatsoever.

Can confirm other reviews, they advertise high prices to entice you but when they get your stuff you'll get a damage reduction. Recent change as I've sent strips in for a couple years but the last two orders were short changed.

BEWARE they rip you off. I have sent in pristine boxes of strips and they never pay me what I am supposed to get stating that the boxes were damaged, expired etc. I have even taken pictures of the expiration dates and conditions of the boxes, always package thoroughly and always the same thing. I will not use again

I actually had a very good experience with this company. I have dealt with several other companies and have had issues from each and every one of them. The only downside would be that if you request a check for your payment from them it takes a few days but it's worth it because you get your entire quote that you were expecting to get. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME this outfit withheld payment for what they claimed were items tHat arrived "damaged".

The first TIME, I chAllenged them and wrote a scathing Google review, which I will re-vist as well.
They then agreed to compensate me for their alleged "damaged product" and IT IS HARD TO BELIEVE- but THEY DID THE SAME THING AGAIN. $73.00 instead of $94 for items that could NOT have been packed more securely.

They are frauds in this respect. I will not condone this or ever do business with them again.

The first time I used this company all was good. The last two times they have shorted my payment. The 1st time they sent pictures and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This time they shorted me again with no pics or excuses. No response.

Lied and said my boxes were damaged. I wrap them not only individually in bubble wrap but put bubble wrap in between the boxes. They weren’t damaged.
After using them a while they start reducing payment so they don’t have to pay for your supplies. They are lying and stealing your supplies. Rip off. Shouldn’t do people that way that are trying to help.

I've been doing business with this company for several years. Until the last year or or so I have had no major problems. But the last few times, I have been shorted on my payment. They claim that the boxes are dented or have been wet. Not so. I'll either find a different company to buy my unused supplies or donate them to someone who needs them myself.

Successfully used this company in the past, and they were quick to process and pay for the supplies. And my carefully packaged supply is always arrived in perfect condition. However, lately they have begun claiming to "find" issues with already opened boxes, or damaged items that were perfectly fine when they were very carefully wrapped and shipped. By doing this, the company and does not pay for the supplies that they received.
