Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish! Website easy to navigate, enquiry answered quickly, a couple of further telephone calls from me both professional and friendly. Popped in today (just walked in) to get two new remote car keys (competitive pricing) to be told they could be repaired. Walked in with one knackered remote and a key only spare. Walked out with two shiny repaired remote keys with new batteries - and all for £90!!! Mega impressed! Thank you do much.

An honest and trustworthy company.
i phoned Fast Key explaining my predicament with a front door lock. A chap said he'd get someone to phone me back within 10 mins. Someone did phone back, which is always wonderful because half the people who say they'll ring you back, never do. A guy promised to be with me at a certain time and he was bang on time. He was cheerful, polite and i felt he was trustworthy and honest. Unlike another company who had changed my lock the day before and completely ripped me off. Why didn't I know about Fast Key then. I highly recommend this company and I will not be using anyone else in the future.
