After my money was sent I got no other response. I was left at the fedex office waiting on the phone for over an hour to no avail. I have not been able to reach anyone since then. I cancelled and no one has called because the first time that I asked for a call back I did not get a call back. If there was a way to give you zero star, I would.

I applied with fastpassport services on 02/08/2019. Along with a lack of knowledge and miscommunication on their part, I will not be going to Mexico for my birthday on 04/25/2019. Enough said. They are a scam

If I could, I would give negative five. This is fraud. They charged outrages amount of money and we end up going through official channels. Then when we tried to get our money back, it was impossible to get someone on the phone. Stay away from this scammers.

This place is a scam. They take your money and make you pay double fees for their services. Tried to cancel order and they refused to give entire refund back.

They also threaten you to NOT dispute their claims with your bank.

Do NOT use this company. They are awful. Seriously. What a joke. Asked for a new passport and instead they cancelled mine. Will refuse to help. Avoid at all costs.

They were a nightmare to deal with. Got $80 out of my $130 back - and they would only do that if I didn't call my bank... and if I did they would take my $80 back. Craziness. AVOID!

Doing a quick Internet search for "passport application" will yield a number of services offering to expedite a passport application. Many of these services charge a fee to "help" travelers get their passport on the fast track to approval and issuance, purportedly helping people get their passports as quick as possible. While these offers may sound tempting, their assistance is nothing more than a high priced passport scam, as the State Department offers these same services to travelers for a nominal fee.

For travelers that need a passport fast, there are many ways to obtain travel documents - sometimes in the same day.

For an additional $60, travelers can apply for expedited passport service from the Bureau of Consular Affairs, which delivers travel documents in as little as two weeks.

Those travelers who have international travel plans within two weeks and need a valid passport can and apply in person at one of 26 Passport Agencies across the United States and Puerto Rico.

By applying in person and providing proof of travel, travelers can get their passport in as few as five days.

While passport application services can make claims to getting your passport fast, the State Department makes it clear: expediting services do not fast track passports any quicker than applying directly for your passport. Before you ask for help from a company, be sure to research all your options.
