DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR WITH THIS AIRPORT!!! I left my car with the meet and greet staff for 5 days, which my car was in PERFECT CONDITION. On my return my car now had a puncture, personal items missing and mileage has significantly gone up! The staff denied knowing anything about my missing items and my mileage but offered to pay for the punctured tyre, which they then sent me to a DODGY garage (discount tyres) who didn’t know anything. I then had to find another garage and pay for it myself 😡😡😡. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CAR AT LUTON AIRPORT!!! (Car park 1 Level 3)

Great experience at Luton Meet and Greet
Having booked into the Luton Meet and Greet, we arrived early in the morning, drive through a number plate recognition barrier and were met by a lady who asked us for the mileage for the car to date. That done, she gave us a receipt and indicated the way to departures. It was all done within a minute and was very simple and convenient. If only our experience with Kangaroo Parking, Heathrow the week previously had been half as good! Would certainly use Luton Meet & Greet again.

Needs to be better communication to…
Needs to be better communication to customers and a designated key drop off point instead of using another companies stand. It's a bit off putting when you ask for fastrack and they say no we are flydrive but give me your key, didn't know whether the car would be there or not on our return.

Before I used this company I read some many reviews. Reviews was just 3.5 stars. But I didn't have a chose and I went with them. What can I say - I'm very happy with them, they collect carbon time and they drob on time. The guy was really professional. I would recommended!
