I had this company to install an integrated dishwasher from Amazon. The young man who actually installed it was very polite and professional. We used the dishwasher that night but luckily left the kick board off. The next morning we came down to a water over the floor , I tried to contact Fastukparcel , got a recorded message saying they would call me back, I rang three times, texted and e mailed, nothing. In the end had to call out a plumber to fix it. Amazon all through this were very helpful but I am really surprised that they are associating with such a terrible company. Since writing this the original helpful young man who originally installed it got in touch with me and has been really helpful, but the company still hasn’t.

I originally left a positive review because the installation appeared to go smoothly. The engineers installed the washing machine, ran a quick test cycle, and everything seemed fine at the time.

However, the very next day when I loaded it properly with clothes, the machine began to shake violently — far beyond what would be considered normal vibration. It was extremely concerning and could easily have caused serious damage to the appliance (or my kitchen).

Because it was the weekend, I had to arrange an out-of-hours service visit at my own inconvenience. The engineer who attended immediately identified the issue: the transportation bolts at the rear of the machine had never been removed during installation. Any competent installer knows these must be removed before use. Leaving them in can cause severe vibration and potentially permanent damage to the drum and internal components.

The bolts were removed and the machine now works, although there is still occasional shaking, which leaves me worried about whether any long-term damage has already been done.

This was a completely avoidable mistake and not what you expect when paying for professional installation. Very disappointed — I would strongly advise others to double-check that transportation bolts have been removed before the installers leave.

I ordered an integrated Fridge Freezer from Amazon and selected the option to have it professionally installed by this company "Fast UK Parcel". The Appliance arrived, but not a word from the installation team, despite waiting in for the obligatory 7am to 7pm visit. When I contacted Amazon, they tried to contact them, but even they failed. Eventually, after many phone calls to Amazon, they managed to get through but instead of rearranging the installation, they just cancelled. Amazon said there was nothing they could do about it. Being the first to review this company, I sincerely hope others look at this post and avoid them like the proverbial plague. Amazon, you should not be doing business with this company; they are unprofessional and shouldn't be associated with your name.
