Very very unprofessional. Waste time and money. With today's economy, you think a business would knock themselve out to please the customer. Not these clowns. This place is just a middleman. Look for the supplier for yourselves. Or go to Motorcycle Superstore or Iron Pony. Fast delievery, the right product you order, and tracking number so you can track the shipment. Most important..customer service. FATBIKEZ...good luck on calling them. And email...they seem totally loss. And promises are just empty words. Website...LIES. SERVICEMEMBERS that are bike riders..its just lip service. Order (2) products. Ordered on a Sun and one was mailed out Fri. No tracking number. Took about another week. And then the second product arrives the following week and it the same product as the first. FATBIKEZ totally clueless on how can (2) separate different product is ordered, yet the same product is delievered twice. Promised to contact on a monday...still waiting. (Its thur now). SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO ELSEWHERE! ONE STAR is lowest I can go. Wish I could put a negative sign in front of the star. Yes...they are that bad.
