I started a chat because I had a question on the three faucets I was looking at. The service rep "Whitney" was very rude and disconnected immediately after saying she couldn't help. Then she blocked my ability to leave feedback on the chat. Yikes! Don't use Faucet.com!

I purchased a kitchen sink and faucet combo, my third such purchase in just 4 years! They sent the wrong soap dispenser and refused to send the correct one. Who orders a black matte faucet and silver soap dispenser? I ordered black and they sent silver. I asked for the case to be escalated and was ignored, saying that their Supervisor would not send me the right one either. She, Sarah Clanton, said that I could not return it because it was past the return date. I ordered correctly, they fulfilled the order incorrectly - does the return date apply? I don't think so. Even if it did, there is a little problem know as A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC that has affected work schedules... Terrible, I will never buy another product from them again and I will tell everyone I know what to expect if they do. I gave them every opportunity to do the right thing and they refused, over a $35 part. Crazy!

Do not use these guys. First there website descriptions can be confusing. This led to ordering a drain pan for a shower that I thought was 60" and it was 48". Next I sent it back and saw on their website that the refund was approved. (The site does say it may take 3-8 days to process and when item received) When I see approved on a refund status from them I think it is refunded. 1. Craig, a rep who frankly is a bit curt said the refund hadn't been started. 2. The return order was created on the wrong date. At that point I basically said this is the last time I will use these guys. If you do want to use them speak to JD. Knowledgeable and courteous. I ordered a replacement from them and it is the last time I will do so ever with faucet or a Build With Ferguson affiliate

Sells broken jacuzzis for thousands of dollars , then they will give you the run around for a year before deciding it’s not there fault or problem , please save your money!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM Faucet.com

My shopping cart showed a Grand Total amount. GRAND. Nothing can be added to a Grand Total or its just a subtotal. Once I get to PayPal they added shipping. Which would be fine except they've already given me a Grand Total. Purposefully deceptive. I bought from Supply.com for more but they were transparent throughout so they will get my business. Faucet.com and Build.com (same company) are on my banned list. WORDS HAVE MEANING.

I ordered all of the fixtures, including faucets, bathtubs, toilets and sinks from faucet.com and could not have been more pleased with all aspects of the transaction. The telephone staff was knowledgeable and courteous, the items were received in a timely manner and their return policy was great.
