"We provide 1000 coins worth of coupon…

"We provide 1000 coins worth of coupon every day on our Telegram!"
But there is not 1 coupon every day, but 4 or 6 coupons every 4 to 6 days. So we click shortlinks without coupons every day and then, when the coupons finally come out, we have to click as many shortlinks again to get them.

They are promoting their site with the…

They are promoting their site with the slogan "Get 1000 coins daily" (~US$ 0.01). A code to get these coins should get promoted every day at their Telegram group.

You'll see a lot of complains if you take a look at their Telegram group. The codes are only coming some days.

Additional you'll run into problems, if their servers are partly not reachable. In such a case, you'll not be able to complete the shortlink, but the counter does not get reset. So it seems that they are thinking their users are responsible for their own technical incompetence and problems.

Don't waste your time with such script kiddies, they'll make money only for their own and not paying any users.

Blocked IP ranges

In some countries, such as Austria and Japan, broken advertising promises are enforceable by law. This will also be the reason why IP addresses will be blocked from accessing the shortlinks in these countries.

Reputable companies can register their domains without an anonymization service. Fraudsters feel much better in anonymity.
